    Our stay at the KC GWL was amazing! We had such a great time. Everyone we interacted with was above and beyond friendly and helpful. So many fun things to do for the kiddos. Make sure to check out the packages. They help save money!

    So for a fun thing for the kids this was an okay experience. They had free events and a fun little reward the kids could get after doing the free events, the two staff that we experienced several times for the story/craft/dance party were amazing and did a great job. And the room was clean enough. That is kind of where the positive stuff ends. Keeping in mind I got this for a cheap price because I caught one of the specials they run and this still was not worth the money. Lets talk about the room first, its overall size was okay. About the same as any hotel suite. The balcony could barely fit two people. The bathroom was so small you had to maneuver to open and close the door. In the bathroom our floor was literally coming up it was some fake wood planks and one was just hanging out over the rest and could be picked up. There were random spots in the room that just screamed someone was trying to save cost building this. The soundproofing was nonexistent. We heard our neighbors talking. Like the whole conversation. We also got stuck with neighbors who thought 6am was a great time to let their kids start howling but that isn't on the hotel just really sucked for us and added to the already negative experience. The AC worked great, the problem was that they are all stacked on top of each other and the exhaust from one is dripping on the one below it so all night long was tap tap tap tap. Then there was some annoying high pitched squeal most of the night. My guess is something to do with the pump house that was way too close to our room.Lets move on to the Waterpark. It was mediocre. 3 big slides which were okay. One lazy river which was awful, there wasnt enough current to keep things moving. The kids section and fort was okay considering the audience. Everything was just very mediocre. Then add in the money grab on EVERYTHING. Which you expect to an extent. But having experienced other brands of Waterpark hotels I think this one is one of the most over the top about it. Overall this was not worth the money.     Pup Pass and Wolf Pass are Worth it

    We had a great time! Our kids, ages 6 and 2, had a blast! There were so many things to do. The wolf pass and the pup pass were definitely worth it.
