    I’m happy with my stay at this Extended Stay America Hotel. The managers Chris and Kaylene are very professional and nice and helpful. The front desks clerks Lori and Grant are very professional and nice and helpful. The front lobby desk as sculptures made from towels which are very creative and crafty. Housekeeping staff could use some much needed improvement to include better cleaning and vacuuming and dusting. I would certainly recommend anyone in the area to stay at this location. I appreciate the grab and go breakfast.     If I could give zero stars, I would - to the entire ESA corporation.We didn’t actually stay at this hotel because they called hours before our check in to tell us they didn’t have a room.We booked THREE DAYS in advance, through the ESA website itself (not via third party agency).The issue I have is that no one at this hotel (or when we called Guest Relations and spoke with management) cared to make this right. They offered us a room at a different location at double the price, and wouldn’t budge on further accommodating us due to a mistake made on their end.Extended Stay America, this practice is (borderline?) extortive and could set a legal precedent for hotel chains similar to what we’ve seen in traveler’s rights with booking flights. We could have easily found another more affordable option when we originally booked, but canceling on us last minute and then leaving us to figure it out should not be legal - much less the standard by which you run your hotel chain. It has left me with zero faith in making reservations in the future, and changed the way I think about traveling. I sincerely hope our experience pushes your corporate team to question your practices as a hospitality organization, and prompts future patrons to consider the integrity and reliability of your company.     BEWARE OF LOCATION SWAP SCAM - DO NOT BOOK HERE

    THIS HOTEL PURPOSELY OVERBOOKS AND THEN SENDS OUSTED GUESTS TO THEIR OTHER, LESS DESIREABLE, BUG-RIDDEN, FILTHY, UNFRIENDLY OTHER LOCATION 5 MILES AWAY. BEWARE!!!Made the reservation for a two night stay days in advance. The hotel called me about 2 hours before check in on the day of my arrival while I was traveling to tell me that they did not have a room for me. They offered to send me to their "nearby" location on Nall Ave. When I told them this was disappointing because I specifically chose the Quivira location as it was close to where I needed to be, they made it seem like they were "doing me a favor" by offering a room at their other hotel, a 10 minute drive away. I had no other choice but to accept the room at the other location (the alternative was to sleep in the street with my family or spend time while I was driving to find another hotel on a Friday night). When I checked in at the Nall Ave. location, the front desk referenced that THIS HAPPENS A LOT. Guests are sent from Quivira to Nall Ave because Quivira overbooks. Seems like a big scam to me. If I had known they were overbooked earlier than 2 hours before check-in, I may have been able to find my own alternate accommodations close to where I wanted to be. By the time I was booted from my reservation, I was kind of stuck going with their plan of moving me to Nall Ave.Furthermore, the Nall location had bugs in the room and was overall poor quality, even for a discount hotel. We cancelled our 2nd night once we had time to the next day to find more suitable accommodations.Please do not give this shady business your money! Find another hotel.     Worst staff in the area. Zero hospitality. Will scam guests to make $$$

    There is a adult male who wears a wig and inappropriate women’s clothing that works at the front desk. If you don’t want your children frightened, your bank card overcharged without reason or a basic understanding, stay somewhere else. The GM of this place is super rude, and is all about how much money he can manipulate out of current guests. All the hotel guests when I was there had a negative opinion of him based on his unprofessional approach towards basically everyone. The cross-dressing front desk associate also was very difficult to deal with mainly because of “her” attitude and poor customer service skills. If you can find somewhere else to stay due so. Especially if you have a family.
