I accidentally got a bath tub and it was AWESOME

Great unexpected staycation spot (plumbing issues at home). Clean place with lots of in-room perks, very friendly staff (we shared plumbing explosion stories over check-in), and a waffle station at breakfast, couldn't ask for more. Also, I accidentally reserved a mobility/accessible room, so this was the first time I had a tub in a hotel room in YEARS.

Make sure room has towels, clean plastic cups for the coffee. Refrigerator did not work. No word from management.

Room was not very clean. Front desk lady in the evening was very nice and apologetic. No towels, refrigerator did not work. Paper cups in plastic were filthy. Dust on desk and night table. Muffins stale like they had sat out all night. Scrambled eggs runny.

Stayed two nights. The second day I came back to my room and it had not been cleaned, the bed had not been made and dirty towels were still on the bathroom floor. What am I paying for?? Breakfast was OK but honestly stay somewhere else oh and by the way, they lock the door at 10 PM so if you stay out after 10, you can’t get in the hotel unless you call security . Photos are what I came home to at 10:15 PM

Couldn’t reach hotel to cancel reservation due to hospitalization

I booked a reservation with Hampton Inn. My husband was hospitalized and we could not visit Leavenworth due to his hospitalization I tried to cancel the reservation and have found it the most frustrating experience. Booking.com couldn’t find the reservation with the confirmation provided. The Hampton does not post a direct number to call them. All my calls went thru a call center that could not find my confirmation number and told me to call the hotel directly. In the end I could never speak to an agent at the hotel and I could not cancel the reservation. Very frustrating and unprofessional
