    We needed a convenient location for a 3 night comfortable stay in the OP area with extra room. The location of this hotel is unmatched literally steps from the interstate exit. The price upgrade for a 1 bedroom separate suite was very reasonable. The option of covered parking was wonderful. The property seemed well maintained. We would definitely stay here again. And the added option of a short order food facility onsite is an added bonus.

    The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was a little lackluster considering you paid extra for it, but kids under 14 ate free so that definitely made it feel more like I was getting my moneys worth. But what really sold this place to me was the staff, John and Stephen at the front desk were kind, helpful and welcoming. And the morning gal whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch went out of her way to come find me when she had accidentally misspoken and wanted to correct herself. Five stars for a wonderful staff

    Utterly standard, non-descript, generic hotel stay. Staff was helpful and courteous, breakfast was tasty and satisfying. I would have liked a couple of chairs outside the laundry room so that I didn't have to keep going back and forth to check whether my load was done.

    What a great place to stay. We were attending a conference at the Church of the Resurrection. The Holiday Inn was about 15 minutes away, with plenty of shopping and restaurant choices nearby. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was included and it was delicious. My husband utilized the exercise room and found it to be just what he needed each morning. The pool looked really nice to and wished we had brought out bathing suits. A comfortable stay, we would highly recommend and plan to stay again the next time we are in Kansas City.

    Rizza is amazing

    Rizza is an amazing person. She has a non-stop smile and an infectious positive attitude. My 7 yo flooded our bathroom because we had a handicapped shower with a handheld shower head and no borders or step to contain the water. The water soaked the bathroom floor and the towels. Rizza was so understanding, helpful, and kind. I was embarrassed but she took care of the mess. Also, the hotel was fully booked with a lot of soccer teams and she smiled all evening with an attitude of how can I help you. Thank you for not shaming us.
