    This hotel is very convenient, located right off the highway which made travel easy. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and check-in was smooth. My room was clean and well maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. Overall, a simple, easy, and pleasant experience, and I would consider staying here again.

    I found 2 ticks in my bathroom and the person at the front desk showed no consideration for the issue of having found ticks and offered no discount of compensation at the time of check out. I did take a picture that i will share at a later date if needed.     Disgusting, no exaggeration

    We are currently staying here. It’s gross. There are people openly smoking weed all over the hotel. There is some sort of Memorial Day DJ Dance party in the bar/event venue and the bass is pounding in our room at 10:30 on a Sunday night. The pool is inexplicably closed. We were in the arcade with our 10 year old son and a staff member walked by and said nothing but then shut the power off, leaving us in total darkness. It smells like stale food everywhere. If you are a family with kids - just don’t book it. Not appropriate for families. Feels like a sex trafficking hotel. Yikes.     Worst Western Minus

    Shady doesn’t begin to describe the vibe of this hotel. The first room I was given had dead fleas in the bed, on the lamp and lampshade. I requested a room change. The second room had more live fleas than dead. There was a busted window with a metal bar sticking out. When I asked them to try for a third time, I insisted an employee go with me to inspect the room. Still not great, but it was late, I was exhausted. TV was outdated and kept disconnecting. The only alternative was my car. Next time, given the choice, I’m choosing the car! It appears that the window must have been partly open and knats drawn to light entered the room. We will do a better job of closing the windows and securing the seal. We are sorry you had to move rooms and had multiple issues during your stay. We did loose our TV service from our provider this weekend. It was corrected and has been restored.

    The room was spacious, clean, updated, and comfortable. It overlooked the river. There are interior rooms that overlooked the pool. With the pool closed, I would not choose those rooms. Hopefully they will reopen the pool soon, but its been closed since January. The breakfast was simple but good (typically not included with room fee), scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns, bagels, pastries, cereals, fruit, juices, coffee and tea. The woman who works in the dining room was wonderful and accommodating.
