    Just finished a four night stay at this property and found it to be adequate.Check in was reasonably fast and I was welcomed as a Bonvoy Titanium member. The lobby was clean and I was given a room on the 2nd floor. Room was clean and looked to be recently remodeled. Bathroom was clean and stocked with towels and soaps. Bed was comfortable and the sheets and pillows smelled fresh.I did not try the continental breakfast in the morning but it looked to be average .Only a couple of negatives. They do not use the Marriott app for check in or out. I find this to be very useful when I travel. The area is quiet and there are a few other hotels, Best Western, Embassy suites and the likes. There are no restaurants in the immediate area. Have to walk about 15 minutes to Spoons Grill&Bar or DelTaco.

    Beware undisclosed $20 parking fee for an unguarded/gated surface lot!Asked to verify that I'd pay all incidental, but when asked what those were, was told that clerk "had no idea...I only work here"... no mention of $20 parking fee.Experienced excessive road noise in room.No cup/glass in room...makes it difficult to take meds!

    Cockroach and No Refund

    If we could give it zero stars, we would.First, we booked it when it was a Hampton Inn and between making our reservations through a 3rd party and our stay, it changed hands.Second, a cockroach was belly up during our breakfast (I took a photo for the front desk staff).Third, the rooms were not finished. The wall art was on the ground behind the couch, the shower doors were not fully installed so we had to lift the doors on and off the runner to shower. The air conditioner leaked so bad we filled up two trash cans of water during our 14 hour stay.Needless to stay we wanted to check out despite it being July 4th. The front desk staff assured us that we would receive a refund. I had the third party booking agent on the phone talking to the hotel staff, everyone agreed.I think the cockrocach photo sealed the deal.Only one more thing needed to happen. After assurances that all would be refunded and our account reflected the events, we heard back a week later that the hotel DENIED our refund.So between the cockroach and that, no way, no how would I even give this place one star.

    Matt was super helpful during our stay, it was a fast and easy check in process! we thought it was a Hampton still but didn’t realize the brand switched, but with his help he made the stay enjoyable definitely will be coming back in July to visit my family again!
