    Terrible. This hotel is such a scam. Their website is completely misleading. Our room is pathetic, very uncomfortable, and dingy. Awful. Avoid.

    Great hotel. Clean. Parking $10. Enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. Grounds are kept very clean. Complimentary Coffee, fruit cups and breakfast bars. Would definitely be back.

    The room itself was a little worn and dated, but absolutely IMMACULATE. The bed, linens and towels were wonderful. The staff was friendly. I don’t mind if a tub and fixtures are dated and a little worn if the room is clean. TV was large and modern. Perfect place for my needs.

    Nice Retro Vibe for a Budget Hotel

    We stayed here overnight to attend a festival performance in Hollywood. We loved the vintage 60's/70's vibe of the lobby. The hallways had a worn look but the attempts at renovation are mostly successful. The rooms were larger than most modern hotels and had a mini-fridge. Beds were comfortable, and bedding was clean.The "free breakfast" was a joke; just free coffee and a granola chew bar. If they wanted to keep it cheap, why not offer Pop-Tarts instead; that would match the 70's throwback theme more.WiFi internet was decently fast. The walk to the pool area felt a little suss as you had to walk out into a back corner of the parking lot to access it. They started charging a $10/night fee for parking starting in May 2026 (I wasn't aware of that change when I booked). There is free street parking on next to the hotel which is a mix of residential and commercial neighborhood, but this can fill up in the evenings.This was the old Holiday Inn in Glendale located next to the Pacific St. freeway exit. Don't expect much to eat or see within a 2-block walking distance of the property.
