    Heidi the receptionist was very helpful and managed to get us checked in early rather than us just leaving our suitcases there. Great hotel with amazing views of the beach/ pier, very clean . Great location near to some lovely restaurants & bars , would highly recommend to stay here .

    I love my room with Oceanview, I came in late and didn’t want to drive because I was drinking and lovely Porsha showed me how to order 711 from Uber Eats and even verified my ID. Hotel room was clean and staff was nice but Porsha was the best. I will be back to visit soon

    Great location with modern, clean amenities, and very helpful staff. Heidi’s warm welcome at check-in set the tone for a wonderful stay.

    Alex took care of our car and luggage upon arrival - was so helpful. Ashley on reception was so helpful and friendly as was Joy. Don’t appreciate the snotty email from Heidi.     Renovated to be modern, clean and comfortable. Close to everything Santa Monica has to offer. I would definitely recommend selecting a unit with balcony facing the pier when visiting and experiencing what SM has to offer.
