    Clean, comfortable room. Very comfortable bed. The room, furniture and hotel are in excellent condition. Not brand new but well taken care of to say the least. Got the best night’s sleep on this trip at this hotel. Friendly staff. Honestly, exactly everything you’d expect from a Quality Inn.     Horrible and disgusting

    We were given room 201 and upon opening the door it had a foul odor. When I pulled back the blanket there was pubic hair and dried up spots on the sheets. Also the loveseat had a big stain on the cushion. The lady at the front desk gave us another room but that was very unprofessional and nasty. We have stayed at many hotels and never had this kinda of situation. Very dissatisfied.     Very nice place to stay! Our room was very updated, very clean and the bed very comfortable. The tv was very large and new. And bonus: their coffee at breakfast is very good too! You will be very pleased if you stay here!Close to many eating options.     Nicer than expected, by a long shot

    We pulled into Marshall, TX late at night after a long, exhausting, rainy drive, hoping to grab a room at a hotel chain where we are 'members for points.' Our jaws hit the floor when we were told they were full - on a random Thursday night in May - and we learned there was a horse show as well as a big graduation in town and many hotels were booked up. OH NO! We went straight to this Quality Inn, thinking the less expensive/less upscale brand might be the last one to get full. We were greeted by a friendly front-desk clerk and were told they were ALMOST full but there was a room for us! YAY!I am here to tell you the room was pristine! It was VERY clean and nice - soft towels, comfortable bed/sheets/pillows, coffee machine, big tv. And literally the BEST HOTEL SHOWER I have ever had - and I have done quite a bit of traveling! STRONG water pressure, hot water - really excellent!And then when we checked out the next morning, there was a simple breakfast available and a fridge full of water bottles for the taking.The experience exceeded expectations.     Construction workers living at hotel

    We canceled second night due to feeling unsafe with construction workers drinking, smoking and carrying on loudly on balcony outside room. Was told by manager that they have been living at hotel for 4 months and will be there again that night. Told no rooms available on other side of hotel and he would cancel room
