    Convenient location, priced right!

    Very clean! Very safe, security gate for guests’ cars. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. I give it 4 because they only have those very small overstuffed pillows instead of regular pillows, and we couldn’t get the a/c to adequately cool the room. Bathroom was very clean. Will definitely stay here again!     Terrible customer service

    Although this hotel room was comfortable, it was not the cleanest. The main problem I had is when I got home I realized that I had left my quilted jewelry holder and all my jewelry in the room. I called that night and spoke with the front desk. The man told me I would have to call back in the morning. I called back in the morning and spoke with another front desk person who told me to call back in 15 minutes so he could talk to the person who cleaned our room. I called back and spoke to yet another person who told me the front desk person had left. I went over the the whole thing again and this person was no help either. At this point I was so frustrated that no one had even talked to the person who cleaned the room that I asked to speak to a manager. Of course, the manager was not there and they told me to call back AGAIN! This time I told them to call me and left my number. Of course I have not heard back from them. I will never stay at another COMFORT INN.     Ripped off of a night's stay, money down the drain

    Word to the wise - do not book a room here, they are dishonest. I recently booked a one night stay which was simply a computer glitch. I called immediately to get a refund. They said the manager would not be in until 3 p.m. that day. The provider, Orbitz, followed up. The manager was still not in. They requested an email. Orbitz sent them one. Then, they stalled and ignored three days of requests by Orbitz and I was charged the full amount of the room. Worst part was the lying and avoiding. I will do everything I can to circulate this review to as many places as I can, so folks are forewarned. Again, I tried to contact them seconds after my computer booking error.     Ver comfortable visit, breakfast was all anyone could ask. The staff was friendly and polite and helpful with the local delivery for pizza! Coffee in the room when you’re tired and have not had coffee….     It served its purpose

    The outside is not all appealing but when you get inside tour room, it's nice. The staff is not all that except for the one black lady, she made us feel welcomed, she joked and spoke every time she saw us, the other staff members, they just looked at us and didn't part their moth. Lol It served its purpose for us when we went. We went for a lakers and grizzlies game. It's like 15 to 20 mins away from FedEx Forum. I would rebook here again.
