    Although access to the hotel was not the best, the experience was really good. We had a king suite on the third floor and it was clean and bed was comfortable. The shower area was exceptionally nice. The hot breakfast was one of the best we have had at a hotel. Overall the stay was great.     Not restful if you're a light sleeper.

    Checked in here on a Wednesday night. The lady at the service desk bordered on rude. She seemed to be training someone who was very pleasant. We got two rooms and neither was restful. My room had 2 queen beds and both of them squeaked loudly. If I moved the slightest bit, it squeaked and woke me up since I'm a light sleeper. The other room was near the elevator and every time the elevator moved, they heard it in the room. The only good thing about this place for us was that the breakfast was very good. They had a full hot breakfast and pretty much anything you would want. It might be okay if you're a deep sleeper but I'm not. I won't go back there.     Great stay. Everything was clean and well kept. Breakfast was one of the best of all the Choice Hotels we have stayed. I don't expect much from the complimentary breakfast but this one excelled. The sausages weren't salty, the biscuits were fine, the eggs weren't watered down and the coffee was much better than other Choice Hotels. Yes I would go back.     This is my favorite hotel in Jackson, TN. Alwaysssssss nice and clean, good food and friendly staff.
