    Not worth the money Will not stay again

    Closed to highway, but it is quiet. Never heard a car noise. Unprofessional and non-energetic-at-all staffs. Breakfast hour incorrect. Marriott website indicate the breakfast is until 10 am, I went down at 9:40 am, being told the breakfast ends at 9:30am. Breakfast is 5 dollar addition when booking the stay, but check-in staff said there is no buffet, so I don't know how they are going to offer the 5 dollar breakfast-for-two..Room equiments are pending repair (see attached photos). Bedding looks clean without visible stains. Buy bathtub has urine smell. This indicate management does not care about the hotel or the guest at all (otehrwise they would have spent a few dollars to fix those broken parts. )Lobby looks renovated, but room is still old. Stay here only for a night sleep during road trip. Does not worth it. I don't think one should stay at a hotel where the management does not care about their guests. Therefore, I personally will not stay here again.

    We were in town for a basketball tournament, and although the city of Memphis leaves a lot to be desired, the staff at this Four Points location was amazing! The hotel itself is conveniently located near highways and many eateries, however we spent a lot of our time here. The kitchen/bar staff was extremely accommodating to us. Huge shout out to Mr. Tony and Ms. Delicia!! They prepared great drinks, catfish dinners and breakfast. The housekeeping staff was always cleaning and made sure your rooms were cleaned before you arrived in the evening. If I ever have the opportunity to visit Memphis again, I will definitely be staying there!

    We stayed one night at Four Points in Southwind. We had no great expectations because Memphis can be dicey. What we experienced, however, was some the nicest, sweetest, most charming hotel staff ever! Dalicia cooked our dinner, bartended and then, because she promised to be there the next morning, we stayed for breakfast. What a gracious, accommodating, lovely person! We then met Qui B, from the front desk. She came over to the bar and we had a wonderful chat and found her to be a warm, friendly, delightful person. When we are in Memphis again we will definitely stay at the Four Points!

    All I can say is the staff was nice and friendly. The rooms are outdated furniture is either peeling or chipping. Amenities in the bathroom are okay, but things were broken. had to change rooms 2 to 3 times find 1 that was suitable.
