    This hotel was probably one of the worst IHG properties I have stayed at. It was dirty compared to others, and not well maintained.Great WiFi. Dirty rooms, bathrooms.A heat/air unit that doesn’t work well. This hotel is average at best.     Unless hotels provide scrumptious free breakfast I don’t usually give five stars. I didn’t care for the eggs and sausage gravy but my husband’s palate isn’t as discriminating HA HA. However I can highly recommend this particular hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. We were able to use our HDMI cord to watch Apple TV from laptop. Front desk personnel and breakfast hostess were very kind and attentive. For the price this was the best option for us.

    We booked here last minute and were grateful for it. Super clean. Front desk was very nice and check in was quick. Room’s AC was on which was great after a hot day outside. Pillows and beds were comfortable and breakfast was full and great. Will stay again for sure!

    Not up to Holiday Inn Express Standards...Poor

    We have been traveling for the Holidays we have had multiple stays at your properties, however our experience last night at your property in Jackson TN was very disappointing, from calling property to reserved room, to checking in the staff was not the friendliest as we experienced at other properties. The cleanliness of the property is very questionable. Here is a list of issues1 The elevator button was hanging on the wall by the wires2 The Shower was disgusting the wall had something brown dripping on the wall and tile was very dirty and moldy3 Ice machine on 4th floor out of order, based on overall cleanliness not sure how clean the machine is4 Breakfast was not up to Holiday Inn Express Standard (I was looking forward to biscuits and gravy no gravy). The Pancake maker needs to be calibrated the pancakes were not very good, No chocolate milk and your famous Cinnamon buns were not ready had a 15 minute sign for over 30 Minutes and no napkins out had to ask for them.5 The Coffee bar area was disgusting, the canister for decaf was not clean, and the counter was not clean. Overall was very disappointed in this property. As Holiday in express has been our go to hotel when traveling.     Good Place for Weary Travelers

    We always stop here on way to see Family! The location is excellent! On and off the Interstate ! Employees are always nice and helpful! The facilities are always clean! Has plenty of places to choose from to eat in the area! Quiet despite the Interstate being close by.
