  Several positives but the hotel has a lot of wear & tear and elevator issues.

  The positives: The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, the front desk was very friendly, the area felt very safe , it is an easy drive to the airport, there is a noon checkout, and there are plenty of restaurant choices within a 1 mile radius, including some that are within walking distance. The negatives: I received a phone call the morning of our arrival and was told that our two queen beds were not available due to a leak. They offered a king size bed with a pullout couch or the option to cancel the room. I did appreciate them giving me a heads up along with the option to cancel. Most hotels would’ve waited until you arrived to tell you this information. After looking around at the other options in the area, we decided to take the king room and was given small discount for the inconvenience. When we arrived that evening, the front desk informed us that the elevator was not working and would we mind going up a couple of flights of stairs. We said that was OK and she proceeded to give us a room on the 4th floor. Ugh! We climbed the 4 flights of stairs with our luggage and the non-smoking room reeked of smoke. We called the front desk and she quickly told us she would give us a new room. This time on the 2nd floor. By that evening, the elevator was fixed but the next morning it was broken again. Therefore, at checkout, we had to lug our luggage down the stairs. The room itself was a mixed bag. The bedding looks new and it was comfortable. The couch was in good shape, but the padding on the roller chair was peeling, the table on rollers had one broken leg, and the shower really could’ve used a deeper cleaning. I did not see all of the offerings at breakfast, but my friend brought back to the room orange juice, coffee, tea, turkey bacon, fresh made waffles, a fried egg, a corn dog looking thing that we guess was pancake batter wrapped around sausage, and biscuits.I have stayed in other Home2 suites and this was below what I typically expect for this class of hotel.

  Quick stay, got there 10pm left 7am, easy to get to room using Hilton app, clean room, breakfast was best I’ve had at Home2, use to be microwave plant sausage and eggs. make your biscuits with eggs, sausage, ham, Turkey sausage and chicken. Great stay

  Horrible breakfast, big rooms but bleach-stained and other stains carpet. The sofa needs to be replaced because it's very loud when you sit on it. Our family in other rooms experienced the same thing. The tv in our sofa area had bad lines in it. Obviously, it needs to be replaced. I alerted the manager on duty, but who knows if they will do anything about it.The worst part was the breakfast. Stale Raisin Bran and the food was the worst I've had at a hotel. I won't stay here again.

  Amazing service, people were nice, bedrooms are clean I rate this 10/10. Plus they loved my mom's service dog too. We needed this nice hotel because of our long long trip to Florida thanks to this hotel we are all rested. Again thank y'all so much.

  The location of this hotel was great. Fast food and restaurants are close. Same plaza has a grocery store and less than a half mile down the road is a Walmart. The customer service was good, not much interaction since I did everything on the app. This hotel does need to be maintained. There were multiple items broken or not working in the room. The arm on the chair was broken. Alarm clock didn't work. TV stand was broken. Water spot in front of the sink on the floor. The shower handle was backwards for the hot water. Turning it to hot make it luke warmish. If the handle goes past cold, it makes it hot. Pictures to come.
