  A Thoughtful and Memorable Stay

  We had such a wonderful stay! Everything was clean, comfortable, and the staff was so welcoming. Since it was a birthday celebration, we were so surprised to walk into our room and find a small flower and chocolates waiting for us. It was such a a sweet and thoughtful gesture! 🌸🍫🎉The design of the room was so nice, and we loved that it had a complete kitchen with great amenities — a microwave, TV, and a big refrigerator, which made our stay even more comfortable and convenient. Breakfast was also really good, and we loved that the parking was free, which is always a big plus!And the best part… Dolphin Mall is literally only about 3 minutes away. OMG, perfect for shopping!Thank you for making the birthday extra special. We truly appreciated the kindness and would definitely love to come back again! 😊

  Nice Pre-cruise Hotel If You Want the Mall

  Prior to our cruise, we stayed in a king bed, 1 bedroom suite. Spacious, clean, quiet. Water pressure was excellent, with plenty of hot water. Breakfast had a nice variety and was well-maintained. Warning about room design: The sink is in the bedroom area with no door. Anyone in bed will be disturbed when roommate is using the sink. We had no car. The hotel is near (less than 10 min walk) the mall. But there are few sidewalks getting you into the mall’s parking area. So, you walk in the mall’s roads before the parking lot. There is nothing walkable nearby except the mall. We would stay here again.

  My stay at the Homewood Suites near Dolphin Mall was a complete disaster. The hotel overcharged me, and when I brought it to their attention with clear proof, they refused to refund the overage. That alone is enough to warn anyone away from this property.Unfortunately, the problems didn’t stop there.The service was consistently horrible. Staff couldn’t follow simple directions, acted indifferent, and showed no understanding of basic hospitality. They charge a “service fee” for ordering food — even though you still have to go downstairs and pick it up yourself — and the disclosure is buried in what looks like 1‑point font, which feels intentionally deceptive.Professionalism is nonexistent. Employees literally park on the sidewalk, blocking access for handicapped guests. That’s not just unprofessional — it’s unsafe and disrespectful.They also refused to provide the Hilton welcome gift, something every other Homewood Suites handles without issue. The staff acted like doing the bare minimum was too much to ask.The property itself is poorly run, the staff lacks training, and the entire experience reflects a complete disregard for guests. This hotel is an embarrassment to the Hilton brand.Avoid this place at all costs.

  Fantastic hotel if you have a layover or need to be near the miami airport. Has a mini kitchen of a fridge, sink, microwave, and stove top. Insane shopping deals at the dolphin mall and many great dining options, plus a really nice movie theater. Outside entertainment at the mall in the evenings. The hotel breakfast was great they changed up the options so its not the same exact breakfast everyday, very nice thoughtful idea, many hotels and staff are lazy they would avoid this. Thank you very much, little touches like this make customers return. Great spacious and clean gym, not many machines, but not many people workout here. Safe area too, felt safe walking to the mall at all hours of the day. One flaw which is so common in hotels, you really need to take cell phones away from staff. Everyday our day housekeeper on the second floor blasts her cell phone (sunday and monday so far this week) When she is not cleaning the rooms she parks at the end of the hallway at the window, blasting her phone, would be nice if you could direct her to an employee rest area when she is not cleaning rooms and take away her phone. Hotels should take away cell phones or only allow a hotel programmed cell phone, it's getting so ridiculous cell phone use in every hotels whether it's 1star or 5star. Managers should be checking on staff, managers are hiding or not monitoring good enough. Love this hotel will return! Large pool! Nice convenience store like snack area by the front entrance, so handy as there are no grocery or Walgreens within walking distance. Front desk lady last evening was exceptional with proactively helping us.

  Taco”s added to the complimentarry hot breakfast buffet

  Hilton Garden Inn and Homewood suites are in one Building, and share the checkin desk.Hotel is across Dolphin mall in walkable distance. The Hilton quality was as expected; great service of staff, clean and good condition of the rooms and facilities-.With the Taco’s the complimentary breakfast has become excellent.A work desk is also in the room.
