Location

The hotel is located in the warehouse/arts district, across the street from the riverfront and convention centre. It is within walking distance of the French Quarter (around 8 blocks), Harrah's Casino, The Aquarium of the Americas, and the downtown area. Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport is approximately 20 kilometres away.

Facility

The hotel welcomes guests in a 14-storey building with a lift and 320 non-smoking rooms. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The hotel offers a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Rooms

A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator, a microwave and a tea/coffee station. Other amenities available include an ironing set and a trouser press. A telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, an alarm clock and WiFi are provided as well. Slippers are included. A hairdryer and bathrobes are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

Guests can taking a refreshing dip or just relax in the pool complex, which includes indoor and outdoor areas. Comfortable sun loungers are available on the sun terrace. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. For guests who wish to keep active, cycling/mountain biking, fishing and horse riding are available. Sport and leisure facilities at the hotel include a gym, bowling and aerobics. A spa, a sauna and hydrotherapy treatments are available in the wellness area. Children are well looked after in the kids' club (for a fee).

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a café and a bar. A number of specialities await guests in the air-conditioned, non-smoking restaurant. A delicious breakfast is an excellent reason to rise and shine. At lunch and dinner, guests can order dishes à la carte or choose a set menu. Staff are also happy to provide children's meals. The hotel offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    We really enjoyed our long weekend at this hotel. Jarrod (bartender) was extremely friendly & attentive, and as someone born & raised in NOLA, he has outstanding local knowledge for restaurants, attractions, etc.. Proximity to Morial Convention Center, French Quarter, etc. make this a great location. We'll be back!     We were here for an event at the Convention Center and had a great time. We had to move rooms because of an issue and the staff handled it well. Food and drinks at the restaurant and bar were solid. Special thanks to Jarrod Ducos at the bar!

    Great experience for the Pokemon event that was held here. Wasn’t to thrilled to not have a microwave in the room but the bellhop Duette stole the show. He was upbeat, happy and always willing to help me and my family. Shoutout to him and give him a raise!
