    Location OK -- felt a bit sketchy (boarded up storefronts nearby), but no issues, and a well-lit parking area. The bed, shower, and tub were all great. The carpet was tattered, and given we booked a higher-end room, I was also surprised that there were no cups or glasses in the room, but not a huge deal. Sofa and chairs were worn out (leather/vinyl spiderwebbed with cracks). Towels were dirty -- one even had blood on it -- but front desk replaced them immediately. Food options sparse with a single restaurant on premises or nearby -- service was fine, if a bit slow.     We had the absolute best experience at the Crowne Plaza and especially with Denise who coordinated our wedding. She was organized, professional, kind and truly went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. The venue was absolutely beautiful, the staff was attentive, and everything ran so smoothly thanks to Denise's expertise and the staff. A special shout out to our waitress, Tina. She was amazing as well. Our guest couldn't stop complimenting the food, the service and how seamless the entire evening felt. Planning a wedding can be stressful, but Denise and the Crowne Plaza team made it feel effortless. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you for making our wedding day everything we dreamed of and more!! I would highly recommend this venue if you are planning your wedding.

    Denise Peacock was my coordinator at Crowne Plaza. She made me feel like a princess and worked day and night to ensure I had the BEST wedding. Working with Denise as our wedding coordinator was truly one of the best decisions we made during our entire wedding planning process. From our very first conversation, Denise impressed us with her responsiveness, warmth, and deep knowledge of the wedding industry. She was consistently positive, professional, and full of helpful ideas that made planning feel exciting rather than overwhelming.Denise’s experience really shone through in every detail. She anticipated our needs before we even realized them, provided thoughtful suggestions, and always had a solution ready for any hiccup that came up. Her calm, solution-oriented mindset helped us navigate the more stressful moments with confidence and ease. On the day itself, everything flowed beautifully — we were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment, knowing Denise had everything under control.What sets Denise apart is not just her expertise, but her genuine care.     Terrible hotel. Plugs didn't work, room was damp, bed shook with any slight movement, toilet didn't always flush. Saw that plungers were being carried by staff multiple times. TV was not working when we wanted to watch about 10pm. Was told maintenance would be up at 11pm. Never got a knock.
