Location

This hotel is located in close proximity to the famous Niagara Falls within a few minutes walk of the top attractions on both the American and Canadian sides of the waterfall as well as countless restaurants, bars, shops and links to the public transport network. Buffalo lies within 40 km of the hotel.

Facility

The hotel has 24 junior suites, 4 suites, 167 single rooms and 220 double rooms, which are located on 6 storeys and are reachable by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday.     The room were very nice, but I noticed it because I had a blanket on the bed. They didn’t even attempt to make the bed andthey did not vacuum the floor because I know cause we had dropped pieces of potato chips and they were still on the floor when we went back the room later. The closet, refrigerator coffee area really should be separate and a little bit bigger. The closet should be the whole closet area. The refrigerator would helpful if it was a little bigger and the coffee area a little bigger I did enjoy all the food that we received at our annual seminar. It was fresh. It was Hot. It was very good.

    The staff were beyond exceptional. Great hotel with excellent amenities. Having restaurants steps away from your room is one of my favorite things on vacation. You can't beat rhe hotels location either! I'm surprised by some of the reviews because some of the complaints like being outdated or extra charges are really common if you travel regularly and did not affect our stay at all. I definitely want to come back!

    We enjoyed our stay. At first there was a little issue with noise due to construction being done in the hotel. The manager Rebecca was a great help to move our room to make it right and it was my birthday. Her hospitality was amazing and service was impeccable and prompt.

    I had a fantastic stay at the Sheraton. The room was spotless and impeccably clean throughout. The bathroom was thoughtfully stocked with everything I could ask for. Such as shaver, loofah, nail filer, cotton pads, sewing kit , and more.Parking was convenient and very inexpensive. The food was delicious, and room service was impressively quick whenever we called for anything.This hotel truly exceeded expectations with its attention to detail and excellent service.
