This hotel is in a great location. It is close to restaurants, grocery stores and liquor stores. The complimentary breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly and caring. The room was clean. The bed was a little uncomfortable on the firm side, but we had a good night's rest. Our room was very quiet. Pros: Beds were comfortable, nice size fridge, decent breakfast and 24hr coffee, hot chocolate and tea available in the lobby , clean room, good little gym and nice but expensive washer and dryer—$4 per load Jennifer at the front desk was outstanding and helped me over the phone prior to visit and upon arrival, changed my initially assigned room because it smelled like mildew. She let me choose between two other rooms which was above and beyond. Her customer service should be recognized for this company.. Clean motel but

My flight was canceled and I needed somewhere close to the airport. I had to turn in my rental so not alot of time to find somewhere to book. This place somehow had the most reviews in the area. I will say it was clean the room the lobby the gym the restrooms. Maybe I'm just used to hotels but this definitely gave motel vibe it was dark and didn't have a welcoming vibe. Also on the way we passed the holiday inn which was right next door to at least 2 places to eat. This place was kinda back off the road and although there was a ruby Tuesday in the parking lot I'd rather have options. The windows not being clean in my room did not help the gloomy feel it gave. Super nice staff, from the person who made the reservation on the phone, to the front desk, to breakfast setup to housekeeping. We had our dog with us and it was super comfortable and easy. Oh - and important to me - great coffee all the day. We had a great stay. My stay at this hotel was pleasant. I booked one night but ended up staying three nights. Everything was very clean in the room and bathroom. The breakfast was good also. The area is safe and quiet. The pillows and bed were comfortable. The personnel was nice. The service was good. The lobby smells good. The only problems I faced were a noise coming from the fridge, but it did not affect my sleep at night, and during the day when the TV and A/C were working, I couldn't hear it. Also, the heater was not working properly. Sometimes it stopped heating the room. In addition, the water in the bathtub is not really hot. It is just warm. If it had not been because of these issues, I would have given them a 5/5. Next time I am in the area, I will definitely stay here again. Oh, and they had mint candies in the lobby.
