  Great place for family stays to go to the beach.

  The rooms are at a great price and the location is perfect. Very close to destin and the beaches. Will always come back to this property. They have plenty parking for any size vehicle. There are a couple fast food restaurants close by that you are able to walk to ,along with a gas station and everyone’s Florida favorite Waffle House.   Had a wonderful stay! Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a great location. The amenities were excellent, and the service was top-notch. Highly recommend for a relaxing and comfortable experience!   When you check in they demand $100 deposit, and if the room requires any cleaning after you leave, only part of the deposit is returned. No receipt is given when you leave, and the surcharge is billed to you several days later, when it is impossible to contest the charge. Stay here at your risk! This sleazy policy is well documented on this site, as well as on Google reviews. In the event of excessive cleaning or damage beyond normal use, a portion of the deposit may be retained to cover those costs.   They will STEAL your Deposit

  This hotel is by far the WORST hotel i have ever been to, they will STEAL your $100 deposit one way or the other, they deliver very slow to zero service after you book so if you expect room service to come to your room, you may find out that you will need to call for them and they probably still wont come, on walking into the hotel i was greeted by a man on a screen and not a real person, there is no real people in the hotel to service you only a man on the screen who is probably in a different country, they STOLE my $100 deposit because of a little stain my baby left on the bed from food, told me they will return it upon checkout, but never did, i called multiple time and was ignored but finally after days of calling they answered and told me i will not be getting my $100 back because of a stain on the bed, and i regret not taking a photo before because that stain was from baby food, it wasnt blood it wasnt make up, baby food , YOU TELLING ME BLEACH ON WHITE SHEET CANT WASH OUT A SMALL STAIN?? You gotta take $100 deposit for that?? I advise anyone reading this NEVER to come here , you may think you are saving money but they will find a way to keep your deposit.
