    WOW!!! Very nice stay at the Best Western Plus, Pleasanton, Texas. We met Jason at the front desk when we checked in. His fabulous personality set the tone for the entire stay. We saw him several times working the guests and making sure that everyone was happy with the accomodations. As we walked into the hotel the curb appeal was very striking and clean. It proves that there is "leadership on duty". The morning breakfast was also very well appointed with a variety of breakfast choices to satisfy any discriminating traveler. Give the Best Western Plus, Pleasanton, a try and say hi to Jason on the front desk!!!     Average quality and a bit overpriced for one night stay

    Room was ok, breakfast was ok. When arriving to check-in, person at front desk was overwhelmed with constant ringing of the phone.Room key cards would not open exterior doors on either side of motel, requiring us to use ONLY the front entrance. Person at front desk stated that sometimes happens with some card keysBefore checkout, we got a notice from our credit card company regarding the charge, which was $100 more than the reservation. Only after ASKING at the front desk were we told that was "normal" and the charge would come off, since we paid by CC.Overall, the place was ok, but a bit expensive for just one night, where all we needed was a room. The breakfast was a nice addition, so we didn't have to leave the property.     Poor hotel

    Room has trash on floor and in trashcan, towels were dirty, microwave did not work, key card did not work, pricy for a bad hotel. Staff was very dry , as if the customers were an inconvenience. upon checking, I was asked for ID and credit card and not given any other info. later during the evening with different staff member I asked about extending one more day, i same room was told that could not be done. I would have to check out then try and book online, I booked online and the next morning asked if I could stay in same room. staff said they cannot do online reservation and I would need to cancel and book with them. I have receipt for 2 nights at total $290.00. my card had a total of 750 taken off card.     Great stay!

    Best Western was there for us after discovering an Airbnb that was booked turned horribly wrong! We were able to book quick, choose a room upon arriving and were kindly greeted from the staff at the front desk. The hotel was clean, well taken care of and the pool was great to enjoy after a long day of traveling in the heat. Breakfast the following day was wonderful as well with waffles, potatoes, eggs, and of course the well needed coffee. As we left the staff again was very friendly. The stay was so great we stayed again on the trip back home.
