  Unless you get a great price or need this location, there are many other options. To start, "long-term guests" (and, I suspect, hotel staff) park under the canopy, so we had to unload in a torrential downpour. Walls are very thin. We could hear the TV and even snoring in the next rooms, and an apparent herd of elephants upstairs. Breakfast was fair, not many healthy options. No yogurt, fresh fruit or decaf coffee for over half of our week-long stay. Forget about the tiny hot tub in the evening, it will be very crowded, and 2 days into our stay the water was a disgusting green-brown color that never fully cleared up. Posted pool operation certificate was expired. But parking was ample, the room was good-sized with comfortable beds. Plenty of hot water. Felt like a safe area. Will probably not stay here again.   Crooked, $250 cash deposit required...

  our room was denied because they require a $250 cash deposit for local area customers. the reservation was prepaid on a third party website with no refunds.not ethical at all. we will avoid comfort suites forever at all locations.   Very surprised and grateful!

  We stayed for one night. Check in and out was friendly and professional. Full hot breakfast with plenty of seating. Friendly breakfast attendant. Our king suite was on the top floor, as requested. It was clean, comfortable with lots of good lighting and seating options. Everything from appliances to the ac to the wifi were all good. Quiet and felt safe. Bed was big and not too soft with extra pillows...that rarely happens! We were really pleasantly surprised with everything. No complaints! Hopefully the price stays the same, and we will return!   Flew in for the Bengals/Cowboys game. The room was nice and clean and the beds were comfortable. Service was excellent and they offered shuttle to AT&T stadium which was a huge bonus. Will def stay here again. Everyone from front desk to housekeeping and Melissa who drove the shuttle where very personable and friendly.
