    COCKROACHES!!

    I found cockroaches in my coffee cup. I also saw them running along the floor. I told the staff and they said they would fix it. They absolutely DID NOT!! I checked out the next day and told my company to never put me up there EVER again. Staff BARELY speaks English.     Really bad hotel, horrible staff, horrible room, roaches everywhere. Room had mold and AC made too much noise and was leaking. When talked to front desk the staff was extremely rude.     Terrible hotel

    Bad quality hotel, lights switches some that did work flickered on and off. I had left the hotel for a couple hours came back and the toilet was clogged and it smelled like cigarettes. Was told to unclog it ourselves. Absolutely terrible service.     Stayed here for almost a week. Delightful customer service by both housekeeping & Vanessa (the front receptionist/manager). My son graduated from Air Force bootcamp. It helped a lot that our hotel is less than 2 miles away from Lackland base.     Not a good place would not stay again The water in the room was backwards. Cold was hot hot was cold. Beds aren’t comfortable. Wi-Fi is horrible. Only thing I can say is that the front desk lady was very sweet when I checked in.
