    Any half decent business that respects their customers should validate email addresses. Instead they send me other people's booking and personal information. Wildly unprofessional.

    Room was hot all night long and it smelled like pee. The bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned and it gave me the creeps. Not sure if the per smelled came from the room or the AC unit. It was so strong I could not tell. We to get cleaners and Lysol to clean the room so I could rest easier.

    There's nothing further to say. I've stated everything already in my survey. From August 30th to September 30th of staying at the microtel it was a nightmare and if I could have gone now sooner I would have.

    Beds are too firm for me but husband was comfortable and slept well. Lighting in the bathroom was too dim. Luckily, I wasn’t applying makeup. Our room had broken toilet handle but we managed. Other than that, good affordable place.
