This family-friendly hotel is within pleasant walking distance of many of the attractions for which San Antonio is famous. Guests may take a tour of the Alamo in Downtown San Antonio, a short 3 blocks away, or enjoy the famous Riverwalk on a relaxing riverboat cruise.

Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 215 rooms. Guests are warmly welcomed by English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock.     Do not stay here, me and my family checked in they gave me a room with dried blood on bathroom wall lap shades had blood and back of door had blood that looks like it had dripped . Bugs in bed carpet filthy smelled horrible with dogs walking up and down hallway and it looks nothing like the pictures they advertised. They had very nice workers though hotel wasn’t clean at all . They switch me to another room it wasn’t any better just minus the blood the stay was horrible but crew was actually nice . During the stay I had them to come clean up and again and actually seen why it’s so dirty they clean the floor with a towel half sweep the floor and use one spray on the whole room Pay 30 extra dollars and stay else where !     This was one of the hotels within waking distance to Riverwalk area. About a 10-15 min walk (depending on your pace) at a decent price point. No thrills and "clean enough." Definitely could have been better w a complimentary breakfast or even something simple like fruit. Would stay here again.     Close to a Hostel, far from a hotel.

    This hotel says family friendly but there were late night fights in the hallways. The pool was disgusting and it took 10 minutes for the water to heat up in the shower. The location is close to stuff but in a bad part of town. Unless I was a 24 year old single man, I would avoid this place.     Our room was invented in bed bugs.     First thing that threw my family off was the $15 PARKING! Which was never said online, also they don’t serve breakfast, you don’t get housekeeping & the phone in the room doesn’t work, also the room don’t come with a microwave or a fridge. Not worth the price or the stay.
