    Unfortunately, my stay at Best Western Plus Oceanside Palms was disrupted at approximately 6:15 AM by a large refrigerated trailer parked directly outside my room window. The refrigeration unit noise continued for nearly an hour and made it impossible to sleep.I reported the issue to Front Desk Supervisor Agustin Bastida, but the response was disappointing. I was told there was “nothing he could do,” and when I stated I would file a complaint, his response was simply “go ahead.”I understand operational issues can happen, but guest concerns should be handled with more professionalism and empathy.

    Good location: close to highway and walkable to the beach in fifteen minutes. Staff are friendly and polite. Breakfast is okay, but food runs out quickly. A large condo is under construction right beside the building, so there is noise during the day. The hotel was full during our three night stay and perhaps for this reason didn't quiet down until midnight.

    Excellent customer service, location to activities. Beds and showers were perfect. Breakfast was great. It was crowded, but employees were patient and friendly. Demetria is an excellent housekeeper.

    Another pleasant stay at the Best Western Plus in Oceanside. Easy to get to off the freeway. Room was clean, amenities all in order, no issues. Was greeted upon arrival as an Awards Member, which is appreciated. The Breakfast Room is always clean, and the items available plentiful and a good selection (waffles, eggs, bacon or sausage,cereals, fruit. etc.) Would be happy to stay there again.
