    If you want customer service - look elsewhere.

    The hotel receptionists were poor compared to any other hotel that I have stayed at for several years now. They were not attentive and were "minimalists" when it came to helping with reasonable requests. I'd find another hotel to stay at if I were to come to Temecula again.

    Nice hotel. Kind of difficult to find since you have to go on a 'street' that doesn't feel like a street...or maybe that was just me! Not a lot of handicap parking, but parking isn't that far from the front. Only one elevator so it gets jammed up if they're busy. It is a bit noisy since on one side you have the freeway and the other side is a main thoroughfare to Old Town Temecula. Lots of police activity at night on the roadway...not at the hotel. All in all a good stay.

    We stayed here over Labor Day weekend. We stayed in a suite with a king size bed and a pull out couch. The room was clean & spacious. Plenty of parking even late at night. Breakfast was okay with usual scrambled egg, protein, make your own waffle, yogurt etc. What made the breakfast special was their coffee machine. They have a machine that can make hot chocolate, lattes, espressos and it was actually pretty good. The only disappointment is the pool. I reserved this hotel for my kid so there’s something for him to do. The pool was indoors with no AC, just 2 small windows opened for air circulation. it was hot and stuffy given its 100 degrees outside. They also didn’t clean it as you can see dirt at the bottom, I saw hair & other debris floating. The room is also very small with barely any space around the pool. There’s 1 small round table with 2 chairs and that’s it. You would think given that it’s a holiday weekend that you’d clean the pool. The pool towels were also paper thin. Overall a decent place to stay. But if you’re like me, where you wanted a pool for your kid, this is not the place.

    Very low value for the money. Basically a box with rooms. No outside spaces, small indoor pool, lobby looks like a cafeteria.

    The handicap accessible room was very comfortable. They had plenty of handicap accessible parking that was near the front door. The room was hardware floor which I appreciated than carpet. The shower was fine for me but not for my spouse.
