  Musty Rooms!! After staying only 12 hours, all of my clothes smell HORRIBLE!

  I booked this place for a quick one-night stay. Checked in at 10pm, checked out at 11am. When I checked into the room, it smelled awful. Musty, moldy, or smoky? I couldn't quite tell what it was, but I knew it wasn't good, especially for what was supposed to be a non-smoking booking. I figured it couldn't be that bad for such a short stay and that maybe running the A/C would freshen the air, so I decided to deal with it. When I woke up in the morning my lungs felt horrible and I was hacking up phlegm. Plus after I packed up my clothes to check out, I realized that after just 12 hours, every item of clothing that I had pulled out of my suitcase or worn now had an AWFUL musty smell :( ... The room and the property are disgusting, and now I need to spend extra money to clean my clothes while traveling. This place is so unhealthy, it feels like they're poisoning their guests with the quality of the air in the rooms. I would never stay here again.

  Terrible & Shameful

  We stayed there with my son. I travel all around the world regularly and stay in various hotels. I didnt expect much from this stay. Believe me or not we are kicked out of the hotel in a very shameful way by the manager. We had 2 cockroaches in our room no hot water. I am a heavy smoker and was smoking near the halway out of the room and the manager startrd to shout at me as if I am a heroin addict in front of my son. Told me to call sheriff, said horrible words. He told me the laws before but this is something that u wont do to an animal. No hot water, 2 cockroaches and his problem was smoking out side not 20 ft bıt 15 ft. Anyway, If u ever need to stay in this hotel believe me sleep in your instead. Much safe, clean and peaceful. Stay away from that place.   Avoid!!!

  AVOID!!!The elevator is broken, the hotel is extremely close to the freeway, we saw 2 homeless people living at the hotel, the TV did not work and the phones also do not work in the room. I tried to call the front desk and ask why the water was turned off at 10am while we were showering and brushing teeth for Legoland. I walked down and said the phones are broken. I was met with the hotel manager Everet, with a big fake smile that said “I just picked up and you wouldn’t say anything so I hung up.” Seriously? You’re trying to lie to my face about your phones not working?!? I knew at this point I was up against a monster of a hotel manager. I said the water was shut off and no one in my room could brush their teeth or flush the toilet. He said “What am I supposed to do about it?” I said “You’re a hotel manager and you provide customer service.” His response was, “I do not work in customer service.” Again, I couldn’t believe the conversation I was having. I asked him for some water, and he said he could not give me any. I pointed to the 500 bottles of water in the snack area and asked for 1 so we could at least brush our teeth and give our kids some water. His response was “No”. This is the same hotel manager I witnessed talking very rude to a female front desk clerk the day before. I then spoke with a few other hotel workers about this man and they all agreed that he has a lot of problems. They said everyone quits working there after a few days…wonder why.

  Hotel Needs Work

  This is really a very basic hotel that needs a lot of attention. We stayed 6 nights. They have a maid shortage so only got 1 day of service. The water for our shower for 2 mornings was luke warm. They were remodeling the room next to us so lots of noise all day. The room it self was pleasant, freshly painted, the bed was comfortable, the TV was good, but the remote was missing the select button so you had to use a pencil to change channels. There was no stopper in the sink. The very best thing was the woman who checks people in, who was very understanding, was aware of these problems in the past, and did give me a discount because of all the issues. That was very much appreciated.

  This was an affordable place, but just pay a little extra and go elsewhere. The room was not clean, we found bugs and mess on the carpet. The beds had hair on the sheets, they also did not have blankets. The mattress was not comfortable and the pillows were hard and lumpy. The toilet would flush once, then you would have to wait a minimum of 5 min before you could flush again. The bathtub was gross and missing pieces of the floor cover, we had to put a towel down and shower with our flip flops. The AC was not consistent as it wouldn't cool or stay on very long we had to get up multiple times a night to turn it back on. The rooms were loud as you could hear conversations from neighbors all night as well as hear them in the bathroom and shower.
