Marisol and the rest of the staff were absolutely wonderful 10/10.Some crazy new rules like allowing full size-non care dogs that are loud and threating is insane. Also experienced bug problems.. many ants and one cockroach I that was on my kitchen counter the first morning I woke up. I did not leave any food or garbage out that would have attracted them. I just had the most lovely stay at extended stay due to Rafiq and all the people that work here who are absolutely wonderfully kind, considerate, thoughtful, and helpful. I need a dishes and pants so I could cook. They took care of it. I needed more toilet paper. They took care of it. I needed to wash clothes. They showed me how to find the laundry and how to wash clothes they made every effort to extend kindness and helpfulness, and it made our stay here so lovely and from now on, we decided we will only stay at extended stay hotels because of this. They were using harsh chemicals to renovate, I was hospitalized and when my father asked for someone to ventilate the floor, no one spoke English. The act of asking for someone who speaks fluent English was enough to ban both my father and I from every extended stay property. They say that’s not the case, but it is and I have video. I think their exact words were “we don’t rent rooms to bigots” This is America, the official language is English, your staff needs to be able to effectively communicate in English. Do not stay here. Cockroaches and terrible customer service.

This place is terrible. I checked into my room and the floor was very dirty. There were several cockroaches in my room, mainly around the water sources but found one enjoying the bed, too. The trash room on the hallway is most often overflowing. I was bitten in the lobby by an adult, male German Shepherd. Extended Stay America used to be a reputable brand.
