    Terrible house keeping and we didn’t feel safe

    We asked for house keeping after two days. They brought towels but left trash cans full and didn’t make the bed. The coffee was not replenished. Every time we came back at night there were creepy men drunk or on something. One night there zippers were open and spread wide, just gross. The stuff was very sweet at the front desk and at breakfast.     Wonderful stay and great staff

    Had a great experience at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and they work hard to make sure we had everything we needed. I wish I remembered his name, but I’m terrible with names, but the gentleman who worked the front desk mostly in the afternoon and early evenings…he’s awesome! Breakfast was good and no complaints. The location was perfect! So many stores and restaurants located within 5 minutes of the hotel. You never need to travel far if you needed anything.     One of my favorite Eastlake hotels

    This past weekend I stayed at Hampton Inn for the 3rd time, for two night. I stay here a lot because it's very close to family when I am visiting with them, and I am never let down. The location is close to restaurants, coffee and donut shops, stores, shopping, and about 15 minute away from Sesame Place, which we went to this last time. The staff at Hampton are very friendly, check in is a breeze, and they keep warm coffee, and hot water/tea out 24/7. They do offer a daily breakfast, and although I've never had it, it always smells delicious and the dining area is always packed. One new feature of the hotel I liked that they didn't have during my last stay, is a texting feature. Someone from the staff will text you to welcome you or check up on your stay, and you can reply. This last time (and this will probably be my only gripe), although they don't service the room on a daily basis, which I am totally OK with, I do request fresh towels. This time I called the front desk first thing during my 2nd day to request a few fresh towels, and they gladly took my request. When I returned from our day out later, the towels had not been dropped off, so I texted the front desk and got a reply apologizing, and they said they'd have some up ASAP, and they never came. Before I left for dinner I requested the towels again, and was told towels were on their way, and I did let them know that I had left for dinner and they were more than welcome to let themselves in and leave the towels in the room, and got an OK. When I got back from dinner about an hour or so later, no towels. I ended up just not requesting again as it just wasn't that important anymore, and they were most likely just really busy, as there did seem to be a lot of people staying at the hotel the couple of nights I was there. Other than this, I will definitely keep Hampton Inn as one of my favorites when I am back down in the Eastlake again later in the year.     I made a reservation for a king bed in the first floor and when I arrived was told i was upgraded to a two queen bedroom and was on the fourth floor and very far I don't think that was an upgrade, I'm a hilton gold member and had to ask for a water bottle and before I would get a bag with water and granola or a cookie and no soap on the shower! P.s. I was told at front desk the reason I was moved to another room was because of overbooking!

    Irvan and Rey (or maybe spelled Ray?) at the front desk were very helpful. The room was comfortable, and the location of the hotel is perfect for me to visiti nearby family. I decided to extend my stay an extra day, and the staff was very accomodating.
