  I know this wasn’t going to be a five star property, but I was not prepared for the extent of disrepair. We requested an upstairs room and the floor tiles were coming up and creaky like we were going to fall through the floor. The room had not been remodeled in a very long time. On the positive side it did have an OK bed and a TV that worked. They also said in their ad that continental breakfast was included, but that was not the case. The traffic from the freeway at night was just over the top overall glad we were staying for one night.   Loud Freeway Motel that needs serious maintenance

  The motel is right off I5. The free way traffic noise is really loud. The room is very unwelcoming. The walls and furniture are all scuffed up. The TV is barely attached to the wall and lampshade looks like it has lipstick on it. The one wall is a crazy bright red. The door handle has gone through the wall. The bathroom has stucco on the inside. There is a fridge that seems to work. I think I the sheets are clean. The ac seems to work. It smelled clean when I opened the door. The door seems solid with a good lock. The man at the desk was polite and welcoming. But would not allow me to shorten my stay and get a refund. Don’t stay here. I would not come back.   Not worth your hard-working money!

  Supposedly “remodeled” rooms yet I do not see such thing. Small bathroom with a very tiny shower. The walls and floor are paper thin you can hear basically every sound . Connected doors to next door neighbor. Not as expected when it comes to looking at the pictures online to. Not worth ur money $ !   Hazardous environment and an even more toxic manager.

  When I first found this property on Expedia, I looked amongst the rooms to choose from and thought I had found a killer deal for a great price, but the price was not worth dealing with the disrespectful attitude, arrogance, and narcissistic behavior , verbally aggressive, and treats the people staying at the hotel, including myself and my family members who were staying here from out of town as if he wishes they were not here at all. The manager lives here, and works here and is abusing authorative Power by using the guests fear of being kicked out or not getting their deposit back, against them by making you endure the foul treatment provided by the manager. I’ve seen and known some people who stayed in some pretty bad hotels, If you would like to receive better service, room service, and a good experience from the place you choose to stay, after I told my friends my experience they said I could’ve gotten all of those if I had stayed in a motel 6, other than being here. The room had broken outlets, burn holes in the sheets of a bed in a non smoking room, and the AC smells like it’s burning, alongside the holes in the screens of the windows.   Ugh.

  The two crackheads/methheads in room 105 right next two us in a room that unfortunately had a door in the wall so you could hear everything in either room had two dogs with them. The dogs were not the problem. They'd occasionally bark and whine and make dog noises, but the real problem was the guy yelling "shut up! Shut the $&*# up!" At them from 8pm to 4am solid. Then there was the smoking of cigarettes they were doing that crept under the door and set off the smoke detector in their room at 1am. Then there was the no less than four different randos coming into their room between 11pm and 3am. Loud doors, loud voices. Then there was the fact that when I finally broke down at 4am and went to my car to call the closed office to complain, there was no voice mail to leave a message. No one at the desk to handle things at night. My fiancé starts a brand new job at 7am. He has roughly one hour to try and get some sleep. Our room reeks of smoke. I will be pursuing a full refund. At some points I almost called the police. Fairly certain they were selling either drugs or a** all night.The roach on my laptop at 5am was just the cherry on top.
