    Ill start off with the positives. The lobby and restroom were clean and looked modern. The dining and breakfast were fairly good and the staff were on top of replenishing food and keeping the area clean.We stayed in Room #324. Upon entry, the furniture and lighting were dated and could use some modernization. This was a double queen suite and there was only one night stand between the two beds. A floating shelf or smaller night stands would have been nice, there was plenty of space ... but instead my phone was being charged on the floor.Restroom could have been cleaner, as there were a few stains on the toilet. The bathroom floor tiles are a lawsuit waiting to happen. As you step on to the tiles, you could feel the hollowness underneath and is ready to crack and slice a foot open. The bathroom ceiling above the shower had some black mold spores due to the poor ventilation. The room only came with 3 bath towels and one night as we returned back for the night, we spoke with the front desk about getting one more towel. They stated that they didn't have any more, and that Housekeeping would deliver them...... they never showed. One night as we were leaving, the kitchenette area was flooded and the kitchen sink overflowed with brown murky water. We never used the sink, so my guess is that multiple rooms used their water at the same time and over flowed the kitchen.Needless to say, I would never come back to this property, especially for the price I paid. Definitely not up to par with the Hilton standard.

    I kind of feel like they put me in a room that is not rented often amd therefore not maintained. The room had stains on the wall. Hair in the shower. Cracks in the sink. Cracks in the shower and tub. Pain coming off the tub. It seamed like someone painted the tub. Not the whole tub just a portion of it. So the tub looks two toned. And Cracks on the wall of the shower. The marble threshold in the bathroom was cracked and had huge chunks missing. And the glass cups in the room seamed to be priced together from two sets. I had 5 small cups and one large cup.When i would go down to the lobby I saw several large stains from what could have been described as a spills that where never cleaned up and just left there to gather dirt. The stains where everywhere on the floor i stayed at.

    I booked under a Military Govt rate. I don’t think my room was cleaned prior to my stay. Bathroom had hair and dirt on the floor. Kitchen was nice but only had one coffee pack. The bed sheets barely fit on the bed and came undone several times. The carpet is old and also soiled in several areas of the hallway….it needs replacing.

    I booked this hotel since the original hotel where I am attending a conference is already full. There’s nothing special about the hotel. It’s very basic.The male receptionist Isiah was courteous. My understanding was my employer already paid for my reservation but apparently not. He said he will speak to his manager. His manager never left his/her office which is literally 5 steps or less from the front desk.The room is ok. They don’t do room service. They only serve breakfast and you have to go to the other Hilton hotel next to it if you want to eat. Choose the adjacent Hilton chain than this one. It looks nicer with a bigger lobby and does not smell stale.I think it is way overpriced since the hotel where I attended the conference is around $30/night more but it screams sophistication and the views are stunning. Overall, an average stay. Would have given it a lower rating but Isiah deserved to be mentioned, thus, giving it another star.

    Worst Stay Ever Management need to look into their workers and they own so call Manager of housekeeping

    honestly I used to love staying with the hilton and homewoods but as I have had the worst experience staying at this location I might just cancel being a diamond member . When I first got in it took the longest to get checked in by a front desk worker named Briana . Then when we got to my room even worst the sheets had stained all over it definitelycan tell it was never changed . then they had pieces of the side walls just laying there the toilet was disgusting had stains I had made a complaint to the front desk and it took over 3 hours to finally get someone to clean everything up . I had kindly tried to ask a housekeeper how i can get some help to clean up the mess instead of waiting but she couldn't speak english she gave me a dirty look and walked away . When i tried to ask another housekeeper she was with she only spoke creole or french couldn't even understand what i was asking and walked away . I have never had such a rude encounter with any housekeeper than this . I had tried to report to front desk they said they will reach out to the manager when i asked for who's the manager for housekeeping Briana had let me know her name was Nancy i wanted to talk to her and let her know the encounter I have with the housekeeper and to my suprise I guess she don't speak no english at all either i had tried to use a translator to let her know what occured but she denied me and walked away she led to front desk to be her translator instead . literally 0 out 10 I will never stay at this location again . I hope someone who is higher up gets better help and someone to manage there housekeepers better I try to be understanding but it literally diabolicol to have people who can't even understand nor speak a language where they are able to communicate with guest . I had also heard a guest complaint about one if the housekeeping lady that had little hair in braids that she had stolen money or something that was left out on her tables she tried to report it but they just said they will look into it .
