    Beautiful and very clean room. The staff was very friendly and professional. I loved my stay there. It was also very peaceful.

    Great spot. Everything you needed and more. I booked a place for a birthday party a few years back, and have been revisiting when I can ever since. Clean and comfortable accommodations, with everything you could possibly need.

    This “resort” feels more like student housing than a vacation destination. The property is clearly outdated, with a strong early-90s vibe throughout. The kitchens and outdoor furniture, in particular, are in serious need of replacement. I was genuinely surprised to learn this is a Hilton Grand Vacations property—it simply doesn’t meet the brand’s expected standards.

    Update: The manager is trying to convince me that this is not dirt but scratches. However, these so-called ‘scratches’ come off when I clean them, which clearly proves that this is dirt, not permanent damage.We arrived at the hotel after the receptionist had already left. The only person present was a security guard. The room was dirty, including a dirty bathroom and a very dirty kitchen. In the bathroom, three light bulbs were unscrewed. The shower was not working (room no. 111). There was an unpleasant odor and the carpets were dirty.The following day, we requested that the room be cleaned and the shower repaired. Nothing was done, and we returned to the room around 7:00 PM to find that the issues had not been addressed. We had to prepare dinner in a dirty kitchen.We were offered another cleaning. The staff wanted to clean the kitchen in the evening, at the same time we were trying to prepare dinner. The front desk staff were very rude. They were polite only until I mentioned the defects and poor condition of the room.
