    I was disappointed with the hotel. As a Choice Privileges Platinum Member I had some higher expectations. The room was barely acceptable and the furnishings are in need of an update. The shower curtain didn't fit to keep water from staying in the tub and the lever to change from shower to tub mode was stuck in the shower mode. There were no amenities offered or available that usually come with the Platinum Tier Level. when I asked about them the management advised it was not in their policy to provide them. Unfortunately we were in Fallbrook for a somber occasion without enough time to seek a solution from the Choice customer service representatives. I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone unless some serious upgrades are completed. I won't be going back anytime soon.

    Trashy hotel and tweaker hotel front desk clerk. Rundee was so rude unprofessional she refused us access to a room we already paid for and then lied to try and get our refund canceled DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! econo lodge across the street was same price better service and rooms!!

    THE WORST MOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED IN!!!! THEY HAVE A PROGRAM LIVING THEREHOMELESS MOST ON DRUGS, YELLING , IN AND OUT ALL NIGHT, THE DEST FAILS TO TELL YOU THEY ARE FULL BESIDES A FEW ROOMS TO THE PUBLIC MY. THIS IS WHY THE ROOMS ARE DISCUSTINGTHEY TRY TO RUN BILL UP SO YOU DONT GET DEPOSIT BACK, SAYING TOWELS TO DIRTY $.7.00, STAIN YOU LEFT $20 ECT THE DIRTY SMELLY PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!!!!!!!!!!!, DONT STAY HERE !!!!!!!!!!!!!! KIM

    Bad smell in the room. Pillows were worse. Would not sit on the couch. Curtains stained, burned and smelly. Microwave missing center element to spin glass tray , burned the food. Fridge froze my fruit. Looked under edge of bedding at box spring, stained and dirty. Curtain in bathroom too short, flooded bathroom trying to shower. Wifi was so bad I could not get pages to load on my tablet. Forgot my slippers and when I called the next day, they said they did not find. Probably just threw them away. LL Bean $90 sheepskin slippers. I'm sure they gave me that room because I have two cats and they expected the worst. The folks at the front desk were polite though.

    You get what you pay for?One word: bedbugs. Woke up with about two dozen bedbug bites. Room seemed clean with no evidence of bugs. They moved us to another room at midnight. No bugs in the second room. Refused to refund my stay as did Priceline.com
