    Horrible hotel. It was disgusting.

    This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. Stains everywhere, broken furniture, no extra lock on the door, no phone in the room, no fan cover. Breakfast was simple but enough. Hallway carpets were also stained and gross. It was hard to sleep with how gross it was. Comforter had a cigarette burn hole in it and was stained. Would have moved but we were exhausted from a long day. It is not worth the cheaper rate. I did not want to bother the lady working in the morning because she in charge of breakfast and the front desk.     Smells and no doors lock to enter the building

    Not clean , smelled like cigarettes. Then was given two wrong rooms. The sheets had black marker smudges and comforter not clean. The doors to come in don’t lock so anyone can just wander in without a key card. Never coming back here.     Booking claims they sent Quality an email asking to cancel on my behalf due to a medical emergency. This is after I spoke to the hotel directly informing them of the emergency and the man told me they would have canceled it if I had booked with the hotel directly. I told him the email was coming. He said ok. But they never approved it. I had a true medical emergency and neither the hotel or Booking refunded it. Also the photos for this hotel are a lie. Completely.     Terrible place to stay.

    This place should be shut down It is dirty, disgusting Customer service is non existence .Bedsheets are dirty the place stinks I would not even let my dogs stay here the Manager is rude promised to deliver clean bedsheets never showed up to give us clean sheets we had to sleep on top of the comforter we left early morning It was a miserable night stay away from this place Don't make the same mistake we did.     Avoid at All Costs – Filthy and Rude!

    If I could give this place zero stars, I would. From the moment I walked in, I was hit with an overpowering odor, and the lobby was filthy—dust-covered furniture, dirty surfaces, and scattered trash. To make matters worse, staff members were unprofessional and indifferent to guests.We arrived after a long day at a soccer tournament, ready to rest, but at 4:45 PM, we were told, “The room is not ready, you have to wait.” When I asked about the check-in time, I was told it was 3 PM—yet there was no apology, no courtesy, just a dismissive attitude like we were an inconvenience.After some back-and-forth, the front desk said our room would be ready in five minutes. When we got there, the cleaning staff was still inside, and we had to stand outside awkwardly for another 10–15 minutes. When we finally entered, the overwhelming smell of bleach was unbearable—so strong it gave us headaches.I didn’t expect luxury, but I did expect basic cleanliness, professionalism, and a room that didn’t reek of chemicals. Unfortunately, we were stuck with it, but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Avoid if you can.
