  Some of the reviews were horrible for this place but I stayed 2 night and also getting up and working all day, and I had zero problems, the room was clean, I slept throughout the night, yes there were people standing in the parking lot but they had rooms and were just outside smoking because the rooms are no smoking...I would definitely stay there again....

  The bed is so comfy,rooms are clean the staff always ask you if you need room service and good breakfast options and you have the option if you want to cook your own food .

  My sister and I booked a room at the Hyatt downtown for the JellyRoll concert to only find out they when we got there that they had over SOLD 20 rooms. Lucky enough we were able to get a room ( late cancellation) at the Super 8Ok… it’s not fancy!! But didn’t want to pay $700 for the night downtown. Amazing price at this place !! Covered all of our needs A HUGE shout out to Lina!!! Love you Lina!! Made our horrible trip turn into the BEST TRIP ever!! Thanks for your amazing hospitality Lina & Steve “ SUPER 8 Lymnwood!! “

  Location is convenient, but that's where any positives ended for us... Arrived late, just before 10pm and there were a bunch of people just hanging out, loitering, and conversing through open doors of the rooms. We don't have high expectations, but at least safe and fairly clean. The floors throughout were disgusting and used towels in the bathtub. Language barrier with night clerk prevented resolution (I think they were full anyway), so we stuck it out for the night. Outside lights were barely dimmed through the thin shade and curtain, with voices and door slamming clearly audible throughout the night. 'Breakfast' was a few (literally 3 I think) prepackaged mini-muffins and watered down coffee. Worst part is they overcharged me by $100 (not the security deposit) and I had to spend several hours over 5 phone calls to resolve (took 7 business days). Would not feel safe on my own.

  Stayed for a little over a week. Staff was very nosy, I had water on the floor after a shower and used my towel to clean it. Housekeeping told me that was not what the towels are for and that the stain from cleaning the dirty floor would not come out needless to say I went and bought a mop that day. Staff in office insisted that they must clean the rooms every 4 days because of the department of health rules but this is the only hotel I’ve ever been to that said it is mandatory. There were roaches in the room and when I told the staff they accused me of bringing them. I didn’t have roaches before and I don’t have roaches now so it couldn’t have been me. I keep things very clean and if nothing else the room was cleaner when I left than when I arrived.
