    The valet parking customer service was good, they were very respectful. However, it seems like the parking lot where the cars are parked is a bit far away from the hotel and it takes long for your car to arrive. One time we waited for approximately 30 minutes. So what we started doing was asking for the car way before we were ready to go downstairs and leave. I don’t think they make you wait on purpose, I think it’s just the logistics of parking lot location.     The entire staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the valet service was topnotch. We wouldn't dream of staying anywhere else.

    Customer experience front and center

    This hotel was modern, clean, and quiet, and the staff was very helpful. As an example, I had a red eye flight out on my way home from business so I had to store my luggage, come back at one point to change my clothes, go back out to dinner, and get some work done in between. After I had explained this to the front desk (they were very accommodating and helpful) their security guard, Todd, asked me if I would like a conference room all to myself because he had heard how much running around I had to do and figured a quiet, private space would be ideal for me to get some work done. He escorted me to a conference room where I thanked him and said goodbye. A few minutes later though, he came back with a power strip in hand, offering it to me because he anticipated I would have several devices to plug in (which I did!). He went completely out of his way, when his job was not responsible for customer service at all, because he saw he could help me. As a funny coincidence, I work in Customer Satisfaction for my company and was traveling specifically to attend a customer experience conference. What a perfect example of the actions that make a great customer experience. Thanks, Todd!

    Lovely hotel, and great experience with the valet, but it would be easier if we could tip in the valet app. I had a room on the 16th floor and the views were great, and location to restaurants and the market was a big bonus.
