Do NOT stay at this place unless you want to feel depressed, old, and as if you are an inconvenience to the manager, and you love hanging out in the rain and cold, when the manager is too busy to attend to patrons. I arrived at 2:15 pm for a 3pm check-in but the lobby entrance was locked. So I called the number posted saying I don't mind waiting until 3pm but asked if I could wait in the lobby. She yelled "I value my time off work and I'm not gonna let you in until 3pm!!!" This woman sadistically didn't care about the storm in 40 degree weather I was standing in. I'd say she borders on the sadistic side.

My mom and I stayed at the motel in late May 2025. The beds in our room were horrible but the staff were very helpful. The motel is very close to the public bus pick up and drop off locations which is good and bad. It was a short walk to be able to get on the bus and the drop off was at the motel. We are not used to using public transportation and the staff at the motel told us exactly what to do, I was extremely thankful for their help!! Being close to the bus stops also meant that there were characters walking around at all hours but we didn't have any problems. The staff even let us leave the car in the parking lot after we had checked out so that we could go back into Seattle for a couple of hours.

Lots of ants everywhere made it hard to stay in room!!otherwise everything was alright front desk was nice an place was quiet just sucked the ants kinda made the place not inviting I won't go back

MOLDY COFFEE …no local channel for Mariners games

We wanted a drink when we got there and there was no ice NONEWe wanted coffee in the morning but there was moldy coffee left in the pot.Wanted to watch the Mariners on tv and they didn’t have the local channel

THEY DON'T WANT YOUR BUSINESS

I arrived at 12:30am or so on a Wednesday night. The Open sign was lit in the window and a handwritten note on the door directed me to call a number for assistance. When they answered I said I was looking for 1 room 1 night and she said check-in was at 3pm the next day because they had closed business for the night. They weren't full they just didn't feel like taking more reservations? I mean it was midnight, not 6am! I just don't understand this business practice. Based on these other reviews it sounds like I dodged a bullet by being turned away. Try somewhere else!
