    Disappointed! We were never asked where we wanted to stay & our room location was next to the elevator. I signed up for a digital key, but it never gave me the option on the app and we were in a hurry when we checked in early afternoon, never went to the room went right to Busch Gardens. Lots of noise up to 1 AM and early at 6 AM with people talking loudly in the hallways on the way to the elevators. We had a hard time getting the security lock to shut as we left our room in the morning for breakfast. The dining room was packed. They were out of eggs & batter for waffles. Very few choices everyone was complaining. People at the coffee area, taking up the room as they were making coffee for several people and you had to wait because it was so small area. We came out of our room in the morning the corner protector was laying by our door as it came off the wall. They need a remodel there as it’s an older hotel and not keeping up with repairs. When I checked in the afternoon, I asked to make sure the credit card was changed to a different card, but we have two charges and two refunds on the wrong card and hopefully the charge this morning got fixed to go on the correct card. We Chose the hotel because it was only 6 miles from Busch Gardens and definitely a lower price, but I guess you get what you pay for! The charge still went on the wrong credit!     Old and tired

    Honestly time to upgrade. Get rid of the disgusting 🤢 carpets. Get some new appliances. I had to disconnect the rattling old refrigerator that was making so much noise all night. The AC shakes and rattles, the window dressing, the bed, the furniture, all nasty. 😷 The bathroom is all old and needs to be upgraded. I will never stay here again. Happy I had my OWN sheets…..honestly, I would not trust theirs. Sunday breakfast I arrived around 9:15 No coffee, no half n half. A fork full of dried out scrambled eggs. The place is a mess. No I did not say anything as I know NOTHING will get done. The hotel is about all that is DONE!!! No thank you.     I was recovering from a foot related operation and the front desk led by Rita and Nicole made arrangements to make my stay comfortable even before my arrival. The manager Ricardo is hands on and the maintenance staff extremely responsive. Last but not the least the breakfast is excellent.     The hotel is very clean it was a very pleasant stay. They have an amazing staff and the Manager Ricardo is The Best, during our stay he became more like family to me and my husband. That’s just how accommodating he was! I highly recommend this location if you are in the Temple Terrace area in search of a nice, clean place to relax!     Had roach in the bed that woke me from sleep. Had to check out early. Was promised points I never got. Bad breakfast too. Elevator slow and not trusty. Avoid. Only good thing was it's a Marriott hotel and I am in with them, but after staying here I am thinking about starting at another chain.
