    Convenient for Busch Gardens

    This is a very convenient place to stay if you are going to Busch Gardens. By far the highlight is the shuttle service. Miguel dropped us off in the morning right at the entry gate and gave us his card to call when we needed rides. We went back and forth a couple times (left park for lunch, etc.) and it was quick and easy. Also loved that we got a room that had 2 beds and a large extra living space/couch area. Made a huge difference with 2 adults and 2 teens in a single hotel room to have the extra space. Many things in the room and hallways have been recently updated it seemed. All staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good.Downsides - while the view of the park was fun for the kids, I do NOT recommend getting a room on the street/Busch Blvd. side. It was SO LOUD all through all hours of the night. Sounds like cars and motorcycles racing in your room. No sound protection at all. Hoping other/parking lot side would be quieter. Our bathroom sink also smelled horrible anytime you ran the water. Luckily there was a sink in the kitchenette type area that we used instead. And my 2 ultimate and typical hotel pet peeves, no liquid hand soap and not enough hot water for 4 people to shower.

    We went to Tampa to avoid the Orlando crowd and Halloween Horror Nights because we had our 3 young Greatgrands 3,8,11. I couldn’t decide on hotel but finally chose the Hampton Inn and Suites 3333 Busch Blvd . One because close to Busch Gardens across the street as well as the Florida Aquarium and driving distance to Leggo Land and PeppaPig , Adventure Island . It was a great stay for us as the room was clean and spacious. Parking was free saving us 12-25 dollars a night as compared to other hotels in the area The shuttle was on a as needed basis and absolutely free saving us 35-45 dollars a day parking fees in Theme Park Parking fees. Breakfast Buffett was free with the usual food items and beverages something for everyone saying about 15-21 dollars a day per person at a restaurant or high end hotel. The staff all areas friendly, smiling, helpful, and greeted us everyday and evening. The van driver was the nicest most professional man . So pleasant and even had cold water for us when he picked us up. The ladies at breakfast running the buffet werewonderful one has worked there 31 years. The pool was clean and we enjoy watching kids swim every evening before bed . My personal favorite amenity was the “ Fresh Hot Coffee and Hot Water for Tea ! It was there all day all night and I am a bedtime coffee drinker. I want to say the dark coffe was bold and just the way I like it there was a Medium blend as well with a selection of Hot Chocolate and Teas We travel very often and had hotels worth returning to and those you never want to see again.. We just liked this hotel because of the gracious staff. clean room, and money saving perks as well as distance from park.

    This location is right across the street from Busch Gardens, and close to many good food options. The pool was clean and heated, although the sun did a great job in keeping the temp just right. The parking lot and entrance are clean and well-kept, which is becoming rare lately. But the people! Pam at the front desk greeted us with a friendly attitude and tried to do all she could to give us a 5-star stay. Check-in was smooth, and she worked to get our room ready sooner than the 3 PM check-in time. Our friends' room was ready earlier, so Pam called us there when our room was available. Who does that? No one I've met in the last 5 years, that's for sure.The hotel was recently renovated and looks great. The room was well-appointed with lots of space for luggage and lounging. The A/C worked well, and the sleep quality was really good. The shower did its job, but the water pressure was minimal. Those low-flow shower heads are so frustrating! The breakfast is standard, but it was always well-stocked and clean, which is another joy in my book. We heartily recommend this hotel, and would definitely stay again when in the area. Though Pam was a shining star, other staff were also very friendly and helpful. Overall, we LOVED the experience.

    Dirtiest rooms I have ever had in Florida!

    The nastiest , laziest housekeeping ever! Filthy rooms! First room had runny, smelly trash in cabinet, no linen for pull out. We were moved to another room. Carpet was filthy and soaked with pancake syrup! Took a wet washcloth to clean it up, it came up filthy from the dirty carpet. No excuse for these filthy conditions. Never again.

    Super clean room & stay. Free ride to and from Busch Gardens. Miguel gave us the hotel card to call him for a ride back when we left Busch Gardens.This Sunday the ladies in the breakfast area were abundantly kind & attentive to all of the guests. They even gave a "last call" as breakfast was ending for any last wants/needs.Our room was clean and we had everything we needed for a wknd at Busch Gardens. Highly Recommend this hotel for all your needs in the Tampa/Busch Gardens area!
