    5/5. We stayed @ this location for the week of Christmas. We stayed 6 nights. This hotel is very clean & very well maintained. The pool area & fitness center is very nice & clean. Fitness center has Precor Ellipticals, Treadmills & Recumbent Bike. Front Desk staff very nice & accommodating. They let us stay in our room the entire trip, even though we had a couple different reservations. Josephine the server for breakfast service was amazing. Great hospitality & very friendly. Always greeted us with a smile & remembered our breakfast order every morning. This hotel is in a great location. It is up the street from the Tampa Premium Outlets. Lots of restaurants for lunch & dinner options. It is conveniently located right off of I-75. Would definitely stay @ this hotel again, when we return to Wesley Chapel.     This Hotel is modern, clean, and up to date. Very good location with restaurants and shopping nearby. Fitness center is very nice. Did not have breakfast, but past experience was very nice. Back facing rooms the best, if you don’t appreciate highway traffic noise. Was upgraded, which was very much appreciated. Only one complaint, which prevented me from giving a five star review, the noise from slamming doors was bad. Why on earth would a Hotel want the room doors to slam shut? I really don’t understand that. I have stayed over a thousand nights at Hilton Hotels and some have quietly closing doors. Most do not . The Hilton Garden Inn at Palm Beach Gardens has the best quiet close doors I have ever experienced. Please use them as a reference, that will give a Five Star review.     I wasn’t to rave about Shawn at the front desk. However, first I will get the mandatory stuff out the way. Room was clean and refreshing. The lights are a little weird. I recommend labeling the one that needs to stay on so the other ones will work. Now about Shawn…she has a great personality. She also attempted to try and accommodate the 8 year old guest with me…my son. He was feeling some type of way because his name wasn’t on the tv when we came in the room. While she tried to make it work for us, it didn’t. Later that evening, she saw us. She greeted him by name and it had him on cloud 9. So thank you Shawn for your kindness and willingness to accommodate. We love Hilton a little more now just because of her. This hotel will now be our go to hotel when we visit family here.     Hurricane Haven

    My daughter and I stayed during the hurricane Milton. The hotel was packed as the storm raged around us. The staff was amazing dealing with hurricane related difficulties. The restaurant staff was challenged trying to feed everyone, but handled it like pros. Power went out early and they were prepared with free small flash lights, boiled water in the morning to have hot coffee ready at 5 am. Even made hot food along with typical cereals and rolls for breakfast. A special thanks to Amanda and Stephanie who handle the evening crowd for food and drinks. The front desk handled every challenge and kept their composure with a smile Hilton corporate should recognize the staff. After my experience I will always look at a Hilton option when traveling.
