    The support and care we received from Taryn at the front desk was among the best customer service we have ever received. My mom and I were in Tampa for a family emergency, and were hardly able to think straight out of shock and grief. When we were at our worst, Taryn was thoughtful, helpful, kind and warm. We were so thankful for her kindness and compassion.     Always an amazing experience, the rooms are clean enough to eat the complimentary gourmet breakfast off the floor. It's right next to the veterans expressway, so you can make a quick jump on your excursion if you're in a hurry. 15 minutes from the airport. About 30 minutes from downtown. Lots of restaurants nearby that deliver right to the room, or that are within walking distance. For the amount you pay, the convenience and amenities far outweigh it. The ambiance is exactly like what is shown in the pictures. Nice and quiet and clean.

    Very clean & great breakfast. Friendly & accommodating staff. Location is convenient to our needs as our daughter is in downtown Tampa so only about 20-15 minutes drive depending upon traffic. We would recommend & would definitely plan to stay there again in the future!

    Our stay was for 4 nights. The staff were very friendly and helpful when needed. The breakfast bar was good but the HIE infamous hot cinnamon rolls were consistently over baked, with an extremely charred hard bottom, and frequently dry. Our room was nice but the bathroom fan was extremely loud and operated whenever the light was on. While we are pleased that you had an overall positive experience, we regret that you had issues with both the breakfast and bathroom fan.     We stayed in a two-double-bed disabled walk-in shower suite. The room was a good size, the beds & pillows were comfortable, and the room was clean. The shower had a separate shower chair and two shower heads. One was a handheld, which was helpful. There were extra towels, that was a bonus. The ladies at the front desk were amiable and caring. We were greeted each time we left and came in. It was like we were friends dropping by. They made the stay personable. Thank you ladies. Breakfast is offered. We didn't get up early enough to eat it. The location of the hotel makes it convenient to get to most places.
