    Neededm a room for the family fast Hyatt saved the day.

    Over priced. Paid for parking but no security in a private lot. Hotel was run down and old.. for the price not worth it. Staff was friendly and accommodating. They have a free shuttle but took an hour to pick us up and then ordered uber because they never came.     This experience was truly abnormal for a Hyatt brand. This location has horrific internet capability that made it difficult for me to complete what I needed done in my room because they either have a very poor provider or equipment that is first generation. I had to go to the lobby with my laptop to even do any work at all. It was a complete disappointment, and I will not stay at this location ever again. Reliable connectivity is essential for so many of our guests, and we regret that this caused such frustration during your stay.     Terrible, the pool was closed for regular maintenance which should be done during the evenings. No credit or anything given. So upsetting. Also they have settings on the AC so that it shuts off during the day so when you get back after a long hot day you have to wait an hour for it to turn on and then another hour for it to cool off. It was 80 degrees in our room. Breakfast is not good, very minimal. I stayed here a couple of times before a year or two ago and it was good, but it's gone downhill.
