Disappointing and unsanitary hotel

Don’t go here. There was blood on the room’s bathroom door from someone punching it. The staff could have cared less when my family had to be exposed to it. The building is outdated and not worth the cost.

Horrible! Very Dirty and in shambles. Lobby looks OK but beyond that I was appalled how they could even pass the health board and be put of the Wyndham franchise. Hallway smelled like sewage. Elevator was dirty and walls chipped. Room had dirty toilet, seat half off and the tank top did not even fit the tank. Rusty desk chair. Pool had algae and the pool light was disengaged from wall and just floating in the water. Do not book at this place !!!!We left and found another place to stay. Best Western was fantastic!!!

How can you charge $200 when pool dirty, lights floating on top, algae, and your answer was "pool guy here yesterday." Get a refund. Lid on toilet didn't fit. Clothes rack in wall with toilet paper. Fell out. No where to hang clothes. Dirty windows, never ice in machine, paint chipped off doors and walls. Week stay booked at $2,500 for 2 rooms, 4 adults. They wanted more for fees. Moved to another hotel fast. Poor customer service.

I have been working out of town and have been staying at the La Quinta on Gandy in South Tampa. Management and staff I’ve been amazing very comfortable and they clean your room daily and have helped me with everything I need. Will recommend to my friends.
