  We booked this hotel specifically for the cruise parking and included shuttle, but the experience was frustrating from start to finish. The property felt questionable upon arrival, and our room had maintenance issues (the tub constantly dripped).While breakfast was decent, the return shuttle service was a complete failure. After our cruise, there was never room for our family, even after waiting over an hour and a half. We ultimately had to pay for an Uber.The front desk staff showed little concern and even claimed the shuttle wasn’t included, despite it being part of our booking. We gave them multiple chances to fix the situation, but nothing was done.Save yourself the hassle and stay somewhere else.

  For your safety and your sanity, do not stay here.This hotel is a masterclass in “absolutely not.”I booked through Hotwire and they tried contact the hotel to switch to a location closer to the airport. The hotel flat-out refused—something no other hotel has ever done. Fine. I kept the reservation anyway. Big mistake.I arrived after midnight, got my key, and was sent to a second building out back—poorly lit, not connected to the main one, and definitely not elevator-equipped. I had to walk past a man smoking, alone, and drag two suitcases up two flights of stairs. Charming.The hallway reeked of weed, and the room wasn’t exactly sparkling. The toilet didn’t work, but it was late and I didn’t feel safe calling anyone up.Breakfast was 7–9 a.m. I showed up at 8:40. At 8:59 the juice machines were shut off, and at 9:00 sharp the already-sad food vanished. I managed to pour waffle batter and grabbed fruit, which I ended up giving to an elderly couple who arrived seconds too late.Back in my room, the safety latch I’d used the night before had mysteriously fallen off. Not unsettling at all.I needed the bathroom—remember, broken toilet—so I asked for help. A man arrived with a plunger (no bag, no gloves, no anything) and spent ten long minutes splashing dirty water around while accomplishing absolutely nothing. I stood by the door the entire time because I did not feel comfortable.That was my cue. I packed, checked out, shook the dust off my sandals, and never looked back.

  The front desk personnel were amazing. Help me with my stay transportation.   Great Cruise Hotel

  Had an amazing check in experience with Jada and Nicole. They were very helpful booking us 7 rooms for all of our family and answered all of our questions about their shuttle service and cruise parking. Rooms are clean and beds are fairly comfortable. Not much for breakfast but I chalk that up to their breakfast area being renovated. All in all I would very much recommend staying here if you are cruising out of Tampa.   I was suppose to be going in Jan. 2026. I booked at "booking.com" for Jan. 16th. I'm a senior and new to travel. My vision is bad these days also. Anyhow I booked through booking.com not realizing there's NO cancellation. I spoke with Jimmy at Quality in, and even though there was no cancellation, he made a way to cancel my reservation!
