  I cannot say how terrified, surprised, uncomfortable, disgusted my husband and I felt just opening the door to stinkiest room ever !

  Nothing Like the Listing – Dirty, Damaged, and Disappointing

  I was very disappointed with my stay at this property. The advertised price is misleading, as taxes and additional fees increased the total by roughly 28%, which was not clearly communicated upfront.There is no traditional lobby, and check-in is handled through a window on the side of the building, which was unexpected and inconvenient.The condition of the rooms was unacceptable. We encountered roaches and ants, and overall cleanliness was very poor. There was visible mold in multiple areas, including the bathroom, and the shower floor was rusted. Furniture was damaged, walls were patched and worn, and there were cigarette burns throughout the room. The door locks, smoke alarm, and sprinkler system also appeared to be in poor condition, raising safety concerns.Amenities were either missing or not functional. There was no safe in the room, vending machines were broken, and the pool area was covered and unmaintained. Additionally, there is no casino or restaurant on-site, despite what may be implied online.We checked two additional rooms, but they were in similar condition. We stayed only because we arrived late and had no other options, but we left feeling uncomfortable and dissatisfied.Overall, this property does not match its online presentation, and I would not stay here again.

  This is the MOST disgusting place I have ever stayed. I didn’t dare to walk around without socks or shoes because of how gross the floor was. There were holes in the walls, roaches crawling around (thank GOD only two or three, which is still two or three too may). The door to the restroom didn’t close and the door to the room had to be slammed open. Bedding is practically nonexistent as you’re giving a duvet cover with no duvet, so if you plan to stay here with the shady characters hanging around, bring your own blankets and bedding.

  STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL! We arrived here with our kids in the evening. There was nobody present at the "night window," and outside the property was an unattended car with all doors open, large and loud groups partying, homeless people... we did not feel it was a safe place. We immediately contacted Expedia and told them we would try to get a room at the neighboring hotel (which turned out to be 100% safe and so much better despite only a slight price difference), and got our first night refunded by them. Expedia said they would contact the owners of the hotel to get the rest of our money back. Three days later, we get a message from Expedia stating that the owners are completely unresponsive, which means they are unable to get us refunded.

  The whole hotel is nasty as hell nasty dirty I just don't understand how that hotel is still running they do not keep it up at all it's so horrible u would barely want to stay 1 night everything is bootleg who ever is the maintenance person he doesn't know how to fix anything he just fixes things as he fills fit not in the proper way it's really horrible disgusting all the money that hotel makes they could have been been fixed that hotel but they rather leave it in a horrible condition and it's sad ASF that hotel needs to be condemned and shut down it's not in liveable condition
