    We were visiting a patient at the VA hospital, so the location was ideal. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the employees were very nice. The parking was ample, the area was quiet, and the wifi was easy to connect to.The only negatives were minor. The fan in our bathroom sounded like a 747 was landing. The breakfast had very little variety…not even a toaster. What they had was edible. The breakfast lady was annoyed when we asked if there were any more muffins. Anyway, we still would stay there again.     The room was spacious and very clean. The front desk staff members were so helpful and very kind. They provided us with great suggestions for dinner and helped us with directions.     Awesome, better than expected

    Staff was very helpful and answered any questions wonderfully. The smell once I walked in was actually really pleasing and the whole place was nice and clean, including the room. Wonderful for its price as well (keep in mind, there is a $100 security deposit.) The bed was super comfortable and the shower gets nice and hot. Nice little amenities and the breakfast was awesome. They provided waffles, scrambled eggs, sausages, fruits, biscuits and jelly, muffins, and more. My partner and I are also 19 and 20 years old so it was great to find a nice and affordable hotel that allowed those under 21 to check in! We came from Miami but we’d definitely come back to this hotel if we traveled to Tampa again!     Great Property. rooms looks to have been recently remodeled. The location is great just a few minutes from Busch Gardens. Pool was nice, and clean. The staff was very friendly. The price was great compared to the surrounding hotels and the level of service was wonderful.     The reviews are scary for this hotel. It was too late for us to book somewhere else. Our stay wasn't bad. The lobby does have a strong smell of something. It reminded me of fingernail polish remover. We stayed in room 104 just down the hall from the lobby. The room was okay. It smelled like a lot of hotel rooms we have stayed in. The bed was comfortable. The TV has a ton of channels to watch. There was no tub in the bathroom, just a shower. The water doesn't get very hot. The AC blows cold. There was a microwave and fridge. We slept okay. We brought a box fan with us to drown out any noise.The breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast. It wasn't that great. Waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy.The hotel charges a $100 incidental fee that is refunded after your stay is over. It seems excessive based on other places we have stayed. Don't use your debit card. You can pay that in cash or credit.The smokers stand right by the entrance into the hotel. You have to walk through a wall of cancer-causing smoke sometimes to get in.Overall, our stay was good. We wouldn't stay here again though.
