    Enjoyed our stay, Dee assisted us with the entire arrangements for multiple rooms. Everyone was very accommodating. Only a couple of situations that were promptly resolved (bed linen old & small stained) recommend replacing bed linen/covers for rooms. Breakfast was great. Definitely would return to stay.

    Very dirty all around Bedsheets are stained with blond Hair and other stuff Had to change 2 rooms Ended up sleeping with my cloth on and covered the pillows with my T shirts Was too tired to look around for another hotel The young lady at the reception was really nice and helpfulThis hotel need to be renovated asap

    Hotel smells! Roaches!

    The hotel smells of strong chemicals, likely bug spray. The hotel has a problem with roaches. There was a roach in my room. The AC was off in my room, and was 86. It cooled down to 78 by 11pm, and 74 by 6am. It did not drop below 74 my whole stay. The manager is very unapologetic. I had to call corporate to get a refund. The breakfast is not good.

    If you travel to Victoria frequently then you know there are mostly low end motels on the Houston Highway with most of the good properties out near the Mall. That area is not advantageous for our visits, and after deciding we could just no longer do Americas Best Value (which we stayed at due to misadventures at other places), the hunt was on for somewhere new. We've passed Quality Inn several times coming into town, having no idea what we were missing.The staff is very friendly and helpful., both day and night. The property is clean and inviting. The rooms are up to date with comfortable enough beds. AC worked like a charm. Room had a nice microwave, coffee maker with a decent sized fridge. Free full breakfast every morning was more than adequate for travelers. While we did not partake in the pool area, it looked well kept and clean. No complaints about the parking lot, felt car was safe during the stay. For any necessities, there is a Walmart not too far down the road. In all, so happy we took a chance and stayed here. I hope they keep up the good work because this is now the go to place for us.

    After a bad experience at the Hampton Inn, Victoria, I sought another hotel to finish my 3 month business stay in Victoria. With hesitancy, I stopped at the Quality Inn because it was close to my work. I was pleasantly surprised. Hotel was clean, up to date worth great front desk staff. Jay, the maintenance man, immediately addressed a hot water concern, and returned hot water to my room. The Quality Inn is generally thought of as a middle of the road hotel and the Hampton higher end.. My experience is this Quality Inn far surpasses the Hampton Inn in every area with a MUCH lower rate.Thank you Quality Inn.
