    While the rooms at the location were ok, the customer service and manager are the worst. Long story, but please read to the bottom because I wouldn't want anyone else to have this situation happen to them. My girlfriends and I took took a couple days to relax, do some shopping and pamper ourselves. When we checked out of hotel and I got home, I realized that I had left bag at the hotel. This bag had nail wraps (a lot), clippers, base coats, top coats, files and everything else that you would expect to have to do your own nails. I immediately called the hotel and they said that nothing was turned in but to call back the next day and talk to the housekeeping manager. I did and she said nothing was turned in. My friend called and talked to the manager, Robert Foreno, and he said to let him check into it. After a call back he said that the bag had been found and it would be at the front desk. I traveled two hours to pick up the bag. When I started looking through the bag, I realized that all the expensive things were missing. I went back in and asked to speak to hotel manager, he was not there. I asked to speak to the housekeeping manager and she came to the lobby. She said that what was in the bag was all that was found. I asked her to call the manager, Robert Foreno, I spoke to him and he said that the person that cleaned our room had already been fired, but not for stealing and that he would have to view the cameras and he would get back to me. After another call from my friend, he said that there was nothing on the camera showing that anything was stolen. Of course, it wasn't, the cleaner took the items before she came out of the room. I asked him if there were cameras in the room and he said no. I had receipts that I sent to him and he refused to do anything about it. His boss' name was requested and he said Choice Hotels would have to be called. They were called and said that the hotels were individually owned and it was their responsibility to take care of the problem . Robert Foreno still refuses to reimburse for anything. If a housekeeper will steal from something that you left in the room, they will steal when you are not in the room and if that wasn't bad enough, the manager refuses to accept responsibility for the actions of his employees. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again! Worst experience I have ever had at a hotel!     Insect crawling and the wall...

    Room was fine until we checked the bathroom and this is what was crawling inside the bathroom and then the bedroom never happened before and I always stay here! FYI this is my second time writing about what happened and they continue taking off my review plus I have pictures as prove!     Choice hotel on Gideon dr in Dale city is a wonderful stay clean rooms indoor pool great staff good continental breakfast and a very quiet peaceful place to stay non- smoking.
