    Convenient and great value

    We had a really good stay at the Econo Lodge Metro. It’s a simple hotel but clean, comfortable and great value for money. The free parking was a big plus, and having the Metro right nearby made getting into the city really easy and convenient.A special mention to the staff as well. Shabnam was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Paresh was also extremely helpful and friendly, always happy to assist and answer any questions.Overall, a really pleasant stay with great service. I’d happily stay here again.

    Our son was getting married and we had a room booked at a nearby hotel for Wed-Sun for the wedding. Even though we confirmed for Wednesday night they didn’t have a room for us. I called Econo Lodge because we had stayed there in the past and really liked it. They had rooms and upon explaining our situation they went above and beyond to accommodate us even putting us in an entry floor room instead of going down the stairs.

    Quietest hotel I've ever stayed in. Room had everything we needed. Nothing fancy but you can't beat this proximity to the metro station. Rooms are dated and show wear and tear but they are clean. Bed is comfortable but pillows could use an upgrade for sure. Breakfast is served in a paper bag at the front desk, bagel, cream cheese, apple and juice. No bells and whistles here but the staff is super nice and getting to and from the metro is very easy.

    We stayed here in October 2024. The hotel its self was for the price what you would expect. So in that respect it is good value. Much cheaper than staying nearer to Washington. It was easy to walk from the metro to the hotel about a 15 minute walk with suitcases. It was fairly easy to find. Rooms were of a good size and fairly clean. It could do with an update.The main issue we had was that the advertised breakfast was no longer and we booked it because it had a free breakfast. We were given a muffin and a multigrain bars. It is not far from supermarkets and places to eat. It was quiet and we had a good sleep for the 5 nights we stayed. Would we stay again. If the price was right and we could not find anywhere else at the same price which included breakfast. The best part was the location as it was easy to get to from the airport on the metro and easy to get into Washington

    We stayed here three nights while visiting Washington DC. The room was comfortable, there was no lift to the first floor, but that wasn't an issue for us.Breakfast was well stocked. The breakfast room was a bit small, but it always seemed to work out - we never had issues.Access to the metro is a short walk, worked well for us. Would definitely stay here again when visiting DC.
